Alpha is impossible to communicate My softcover book was published on 7/30/21. In September, the hardcover came but the front cover was printed off-centered and wrong paper. Since then, 3 hardcover sample came but all of their front cover were off-centerd and wrong paper and printed blurred. By this time it was December. None of them was acceptable. Finally the last decent (not perfect but I accepted) sample came on 2/13/22. I was told I should receive my authores books in one moneth, (March). But I still don't receive my author's books yet (6/1/22 today), even though Barnes and Noble sell them on line. I bought it for a trial, it came in 5 days. It was correct one, so it is there. It has been10 months since I have been waiting for my hardcover. It has been a nightmare since last August. My first rep did not answer my email often and disappeared 2 weeks at a time and quit. At the New year, a new rep came and soon quit, I don't have a rep now. My readers received an unapproved bad hardcover copies which Alpha promised they will exchange to the right one but it is not done yet. Each time I emailed Alpha, the answer is "currently, response time is 5 to 7 business days", but even after 10 business days, nobody answers. Also, I notified that the Alpha's bookstore on their website does not functioning right for the shipping cost. Shipping for U.S. and Europe both shows $49.95. Nothing is done. I feel like I am being harassed.

Don't Trust This Company to Write a Comic Book This is an EXTREMELY UNprofessional "company." Arrangements were made for me, a ghostwriter, to attend a Zoom meeting, and then, I was the only person who showed up. It was a waste of my valuable time. Time is MONEY. UPDATE: The UNprofessionalism did not stop there either. After reading my review, this JOKE of a publishing company had the audacity to “confront” me about how it fights “fake reviews,” as if I would have the time to sit down and write a fake review about how UNprofessional they are and how shabbily they treated me last month. I barely have time to sit here and write this update. I am not new to business. I know how it is supposed to be conducted. You don’t waste people’s time. YOU SHOW UP! You CERTAINLY don’t threaten a person who is well-versed in the law of libel with a lawsuit either.

Major Scam Major Scam! We signed on with them mid summer of 2022, we were promised to be the exclusive provider of our services listed in the magazine. They sent us the first run of the magazine and all was running well, then we got a call from the salesman who onboarded us trying to sell us a spot as an exclusive service provider! I had to remind him we were already in there and that it is very concerning that they are still soliciting this spot that we had taken. So we call the main office, speak to a gentleman named Sam who apologized for the salesmen's mistake, we wanted reassurance that we weren't just scammed so he said they rewrite articles to keep the issues fresh and that they will send us the new ones they make for proof that we were the only ones in there. Nothing ever came, not even another version of a different neighborhood we were apart of (which should have been very easy to send to us). Called back to see see why we didnt get those, Sam then claims he never tells people they update the magazines, I reminded him that's what he said and how dumb it would be to send the same magazine over and over anyway with the same articles, he then backtracks and says "well we change the articles but not the ads" and I asked why those werent sent, he gives an excuse that actually our neighborhoods did not have any article updates so there was no need to send a different version to us. (What a terrible magazine to send monthly issues with no changes). Never got a single phone call from it, waste of money, time, and your patience cause they know they are scamming small businesses.

They promised to get my book published… They promised to get my book published and delivered to my door by 2/5/21 but so nothing. I emailed and tried to get hold of my rep. Barry but no avail. As if its all ghost. I have sent them couple emails and not responds or updates from them. Its now 2/23/21. I feel like I'm been scammed.
