I looked at this site a day or two ago… I looked at this site a day or two ago and then looked at the reviews. There was one on here that sounded pretty concerning and now I notice it's been flagged for inaccurate reasons. Seems like a good idea to be cautious dealing with this company.

WARNING WARNING: I have an email from Amazon that says these people are NOT affiliated with Amazon though they profess the opposite. And beware of their fake positive reviews. I have all texts, emails and documents to prove that what I say here is true. I received an email from sophia.james stating my refund was processed, yet well after her time line nothing received. The refund was promised because I "busted" them. Their "editor" uses a Quillbot paraphrasing tool, every serious writer's worst nightmare and a career ender for any real editor. Used at random, it makes a mockery of any manuscript. Second, the book cover they kept sending me, was of a paraplegic boy on a rooftop with a New York city skyline, and I told them it was someone else's book cover, which they never denied, though I was told I could send it back and unlimited number of times, apparently at 2 weeks for each return. They refused to do what they said they would, and have still kept my money. The teams of this company, that I worked with, are not qualified. These people are NOT affiliated with Amazon. I believe their positive reviews are mostly fake. I have all text messages, emails, and documents to prove that what I say here is true. I spent more than 4 months following them to publish my Arabic book, but in vain. They failed to publish it (LIVE again LIVE), even on Amazon site, although they promised to publish it on 5 famous platforms. I started with one person then they changed him to another and changed the second to a third person. Each one promised to do the job perfectly and tried to get more money despite the contract conditions. Lastly, I built 3 bank disputes against them to get my money back and I got my money for two disputes and I fight to win the third dispute. The mockery is to discover that they do not have even one person in their team who knows the Arabic language well and they said that they are able to publish my Arabic Book. Conclusion: Do not get deceived by their nice words and promises. This is my advice after the bitter experience and delay for more than 6 months to publish my book.
