I looked at this site a day or two ago… I looked at this site a day or two ago and then looked at the reviews. There was one on here that sounded pretty concerning and now I notice it's been flagged for inaccurate reasons. Seems like a good idea to be cautious dealing with this company.

The teams of this company, that I worked with, are not qualified. These people are NOT affiliated with Amazon. I believe their positive reviews are mostly fake. I have all text messages, emails, and documents to prove that what I say here is true. I spent more than 4 months following them to publish my Arabic book, but in vain. They failed to publish it (LIVE again LIVE), even on Amazon site, although they promised to publish it on 5 famous platforms. I started with one person then they changed him to another and changed the second to a third person. Each one promised to do the job perfectly and tried to get more money despite the contract conditions. Lastly, I built 3 bank disputes against them to get my money back and I got my money for two disputes and I fight to win the third dispute. The mockery is to discover that they do not have even one person in their team who knows the Arabic language well and they said that they are able to publish my Arabic Book. Conclusion: Do not get deceived by their nice words and promises. This is my advice after the bitter experience and delay for more than 6 months to publish my book.

A Very Good Outcome Amazon Publishing Labs provided me with author services for my first published book. Services included: editing, formatting, graphics, and copyright registration. I had never before engaged these types of services, and during the initial stages found the process to be very arduous. Ultimately, I discovered that a successful outcome would heavily rely on my staying fully engaged, taking personal ownership of "quality assurance" in methodically checking and approving proposed revisions coming from the writer/editor and the graphic artist. I highly recommend that any new author that engages these types of services needs to be prepared to stay fully engaged with their point of contact throughout the entire process, otherwise you might be disappointed with your outcome. That said, I was supported by Leonard Andersen and he patiently worked with me thru the entire process. As a result, my book was successfully published in paperback and Kindle. I view it as a high-quality final product.
