GBPretty Great. Needs a Tad of Work Pet Plate is frozen. It takes a bit to thaw so I put it out (two) in the frig to thaw. The carton is nice and once opened easy to give to the dog. My only issues are 1. The film over the food is nice, but too hard get off. Where you're supposed to pull, it tears off and then I have to use scissors to cut off all the film. Heaven forbid my dog get even a bite of that. He could chock. 2. It is not my dogs favorite, either of them, but that is to each other's taste I guess. But they eat it and I think they will love it when I order again. The website was super easy to use. The price was fair. The directions were clear. It arrived when promised. I will try it again, but wait a bit. I think it is good for my dogs. Love the ingredients.

GBTeddy loves PetPlate! Teddy loves PetPlate! I had to get a slow feeder because he was gobbling up his meals in seconds. I love PetPlate too because I know he's getting healthy food that will help him live a long time and it's so easy and customer service is a dream

GBGreat Food! Packaging is the best out of all the human grade dog food companies. It's convenient to have cups that I can put a lid back on. Packages always arrive frozen. Most importantly, my dog loves the food and I can notice a visible change in her health. Coat is shinier, her poops are more consistent and her energy is higher.

GBMy pup has enjoyed PetPlate for 5 years I have been a customer for over 5 years. My pup has only ever eaten PetPlate and continues to be healthy, happy, has a soft coat and regular stool. He still does spins before meal time and continues to lick his bowl to make sure he has eaten everything. When I needed help with a delivery the customer care team replied and assisted right away. Riley loves the chicken treats and has enjoyed the skin and coat supplements as well. I am so grateful for PetPlate and the healthy meals they are making for our pups!

GBThe worst of them all The worst of them all. This company was supposed to do a delivery every 3 weeks. I noticed them taking out of my account earlier and earlier then I changed it to a month later and asked them to stop changing me. They still kept trying even though it was a month away. I messaged support and support actually changed my delivery date to earlier and charged me again. They never pick up the phone and their customer support is the absolute worst. Please keep in mind with the response they gave me the date that they changed it to. I did not ask them to change it. I did not want it changed. And I was traveling and didn’t see their demanded date. Yes it was refunded but a company shouldn’t change someone’s dog food date and bill their account.
