The worst of them all The worst of them all. This company was supposed to do a delivery every 3 weeks. I noticed them taking out of my account earlier and earlier then I changed it to a month later and asked them to stop changing me. They still kept trying even though it was a month away. I messaged support and support actually changed my delivery date to earlier and charged me again. They never pick up the phone and their customer support is the absolute worst. Please keep in mind with the response they gave me the date that they changed it to. I did not ask them to change it. I did not want it changed. And I was traveling and didn’t see their demanded date. Yes it was refunded but a company shouldn’t change someone’s dog food date and bill their account.

Satisfied customer! I have 3 dogs. 1 who eat Farmers dog, 1 who eats Ollie’s, and my baby who eats Pet Plate. Out of the 3 Pet plate takes pride in their packaging! I love their reusable/microwaveable bowls, and I LOVE the fact that they offer Venison!

Transparency Lacking They make you go through giving your dog's information and your private email before disclosing that they only serve the USA. Not pleased about that and I know I'll receive advertisements from them through email now. *Edit: although I am really tired of companies not giving the proper info about international availability BEFORE collecting personal info and wasting consumer time, I appreciate the company's prompt response and will be more than happy to remove my review if they change their website to let people know of their restrictions prior to collecting information.

Compared to other human grade lightly… Compared to other human grade lightly cooked it was my least favorite. The packaging is extremely hard to thaw compared to farmers dog and nomnom. It also recommends a lot more calories then the other competitors using the exact same status. Price is comparable or cheaper.

AWESOME JOB IN ALL AREAS First of all the customer service has to be the best I have ever encountered. Fast and friendly. Answer my questions immediately. Ordering and halting is easier then ever. The website is so user friendly. No pressure if you need to hold back a few orders. I mean this has been a great experience so far. My 3 year old Maltipoo absolutely LOVES her meals. I love the containers with all the info. I have been SUPER happy with this company!!!!!
