Great Food! Packaging is the best out of all the human grade dog food companies. It's convenient to have cups that I can put a lid back on. Packages always arrive frozen. Most importantly, my dog loves the food and I can notice a visible change in her health. Coat is shinier, her poops are more consistent and her energy is higher.

My pup has enjoyed PetPlate for 5 years I have been a customer for over 5 years. My pup has only ever eaten PetPlate and continues to be healthy, happy, has a soft coat and regular stool. He still does spins before meal time and continues to lick his bowl to make sure he has eaten everything. When I needed help with a delivery the customer care team replied and assisted right away. PetPlate is the best of the best! This is the best dog food delivery service hands down. Not only is my dog obsessed with every recipe, but she has gotten so much healthier from eating this food. A few years ago she had weird skin issues, bald patches in her fur and once we switched to PetPlate that all went away. Her fur is smooth and silky now! Their customer service team is so nice and helpful and in my years of ordering I have only ever had one issue- and it was a courier issue that they made right immediately. I am so grateful I found them and my dog gets to eat real food instead of gross store bought kibble.
