The worst of them all The worst of them all. This company was supposed to do a delivery every 3 weeks. I noticed them taking out of my account earlier and earlier then I changed it to a month later and asked them to stop changing me. They still kept trying even though it was a month away. I messaged support and support actually changed my delivery date to earlier and charged me again. They never pick up the phone and their customer support is the absolute worst. Please keep in mind with the response they gave me the date that they changed it to. I did not ask them to change it. I did not want it changed. And I was traveling and didn’t see their demanded date. Yes it was refunded but a company shouldn’t change someone’s dog food date and bill their account.

Dog loves Dog loves! Was a bit offended that he scarfed it down faster than he does when I make him homemade food myself. I guess its ok though. He deserves the best!

This is the second time I have gotten… This is the second time I have gotten my food late. It was suppose to come today but didn't. UPS rescheduled it for next Thursday 12/22. This is unacceptable. I don't care that it's Christmas and everyone is overworked. This shouldn't happen. They are an inefficient company and don't prepare for shipping sooner during Christmas. My dog has no food and I have to cook for him. That is unacceptable. I am not happy with petplate.

She frequently had issues with other foods I've tried, including waking up in the middle of the night every night and getting sick. Very happy to report that this hasn't happened since switching to PetPlate! Thank you PetPlate for quality food and a good night's sleep!

Ingredients sounds wholesome and the… Ingredients sounds wholesome and the photos of the food looks delicious. With health issues related to grain free dog food, I would love it if they made food that included grains. I haven’t purchased, but when they start making food that includes grains, I’ll definitely give them a try.
