GBThe worst of them all The worst of them all. This company was supposed to do a delivery every 3 weeks. I noticed them taking out of my account earlier and earlier then I changed it to a month later and asked them to stop changing me. They still kept trying even though it was a month away. I messaged support and support actually changed my delivery date to earlier and charged me again. They never pick up the phone and their customer support is the absolute worst. Please keep in mind with the response they gave me the date that they changed it to. I did not ask them to change it. I did not want it changed. And I was traveling and didn’t see their demanded date. Yes it was refunded but a company shouldn’t change someone’s dog food date and bill their account.

The website is so user friendly. No pressure if you need to hold back a few orders. I mean this has been a great experience so far. My 3 year old Maltipoo absolutely LOVES her meals. I love the containers with all the info. I have been SUPER happy with this company!!!!!

GBSatisfied customer! I have 3 dogs. 1 who eat Farmers dog, 1 who eats Ollie’s, and my baby who eats Pet Plate. Out of the 3 Pet plate takes pride in their packaging! I love their reusable/microwaveable bowls, and I LOVE the fact that they offer Venison!
