GBMy pup has enjoyed PetPlate for 5 years I have been a customer for over 5 years. My pup has only ever eaten PetPlate and continues to be healthy, happy, has a soft coat and regular stool. He still does spins before meal time and continues to lick his bowl to make sure he has eaten everything. When I needed help with a delivery the customer care team replied and assisted right away. Riley loves the chicken treats and has enjoyed the skin and coat supplements as well. I am so grateful for PetPlate and the healthy meals they are making for our pups!

GBWe love PetPlate We love PetPlate! My dog freaks out when the blue box comes in the mail and the food is delicious--even the dry food looks actually appetizing rather than the brown chunks her old food was.

GBPetPlate is the best of the best! This is the best dog food delivery service hands down. Not only is my dog obsessed with every recipe, but she has gotten so much healthier from eating this food. A few years ago she had weird skin issues, bald patches in her fur and once we switched to PetPlate that all went away. Her fur is smooth and silky now! Their customer service team is so nice and helpful and in my years of ordering I have only ever had one issue- and it was a courier issue that they made right immediately. I am so grateful I found them and my dog gets to eat real food instead of gross store bought kibble.

GBThey continually mess up shipping and… They continually mess up shipping and delivery. Customer service is only so-so. I have run out of food for my dog several times due to the company’s late shipping. Save yourself a headache and go to a different company. You contact them and you will get a silly response with silly dogs words like “woofing on it.” Our dogs need their food and this silliness isn’t appreciated. My dog has gastritis and I have told them many times her food can’t be late. I switch the delivery date and am promised it will come on that date and it doesn’t happen. Awful company!

GBThe worst of them all The worst of them all. This company was supposed to do a delivery every 3 weeks. I noticed them taking out of my account earlier and earlier then I changed it to a month later and asked them to stop changing me. They still kept trying even though it was a month away. I messaged support and support actually changed my delivery date to earlier and charged me again. They never pick up the phone and their customer support is the absolute worst. Please keep in mind with the response they gave me the date that they changed it to. I did not ask them to change it. I did not want it changed. And I was traveling and didn’t see their demanded date. Yes it was refunded but a company shouldn’t change someone’s dog food date and bill their account.
