GBGassy Golden No Longer! My 4-year-old golden retriever used to be the gassiest dog I have ever met. She could clear a room easily and you could hear her stomach grumbling and churning all day long. We tried so many different foods and PetPlate was finally the one that worked! No more smelly gas and she digests it so much better that I don't hear her tummy rumble! Her poops are even smaller too. My very picky border collie used to be a chronic vomiter, especially on kibble. We tried many different foods for her to try to help with digestion but didn't have a lot of luck. When we switched to PetPlate she stopped her normal 2x a week vomiting! She hasn't vomited in over 8 months, which is when we started her on PetPlate. She is picky and gobbles up every bite when she used to skip meals constantly. She even begs for her PetPlate now when she knows it is close to dinner time. We are so happy to have found a food that works so well for both of our pups!

GBThis is the second time I have gotten… This is the second time I have gotten my food late. It was suppose to come today but didn't. UPS rescheduled it for next Thursday 12/22. This is unacceptable. I don't care that it's Christmas and everyone is overworked. This shouldn't happen. They are an inefficient company and don't prepare for shipping sooner during Christmas. My dog has no food and I have to cook for him. That is unacceptable. I am not happy with petplate.

GBThe worst of them all The worst of them all. This company was supposed to do a delivery every 3 weeks. I noticed them taking out of my account earlier and earlier then I changed it to a month later and asked them to stop changing me. They still kept trying even though it was a month away. I messaged support and support actually changed my delivery date to earlier and charged me again. They never pick up the phone and their customer support is the absolute worst. Please keep in mind with the response they gave me the date that they changed it to. I did not ask them to change it. I did not want it changed. And I was traveling and didn’t see their demanded date. Yes it was refunded but a company shouldn’t change someone’s dog food date and bill their account.

GBGreat Food! Packaging is the best out of all the human grade dog food companies. It's convenient to have cups that I can put a lid back on. Packages always arrive frozen. Most importantly, my dog loves the food and I can notice a visible change in her health. Coat is shinier, her poops are more consistent and her energy is higher.

GBThey continually mess up shipping and… They continually mess up shipping and delivery. Customer service is only so-so. I have run out of food for my dog several times due to the company’s late shipping. Save yourself a headache and go to a different company. You contact them and you will get a silly response with silly dogs words like “woofing on it.” Our dogs need their food and this silliness isn’t appreciated. My dog has gastritis and I have told them many times her food can’t be late. I switch the delivery date and am promised it will come on that date and it doesn’t happen. Awful company!
