GBThey continually mess up shipping and… They continually mess up shipping and delivery. Customer service is only so-so. I have run out of food for my dog several times due to the company’s late shipping. Save yourself a headache and go to a different company. You contact them and you will get a silly response with silly dogs words like “woofing on it.” Our dogs need their food and this silliness isn’t appreciated. My dog has gastritis and I have told them many times her food can’t be late. I switch the delivery date and am promised it will come on that date and it doesn’t happen. Awful company!

GBDog loves Dog loves! Was a bit offended that he scarfed it down faster than he does when I make him homemade food myself. I guess its ok though. He deserves the best!

GBWe love PetPlate We love PetPlate! My dog freaks out when the blue box comes in the mail and the food is delicious--even the dry food looks actually appetizing rather than the brown chunks her old food was.

GBMy mini poodle has been on PetPlate for… My mini poodle has been on PetPlate for over a year now. She frequently had issues with other foods I've tried, including waking up in the middle of the night every night and getting sick. Very happy to report that this hasn't happened since switching to PetPlate! Thank you PetPlate for quality food and a good night's sleep!

CATransparency Lacking They make you go through giving your dog's information and your private email before disclosing that they only serve the USA. Not pleased about that and I know I'll receive advertisements from them through email now. *Edit: although I am really tired of companies not giving the proper info about international availability BEFORE collecting personal info and wasting consumer time, I appreciate the company's prompt response and will be more than happy to remove my review if they change their website to let people know of their restrictions prior to collecting information.
