The website is so user friendly. No pressure if you need to hold back a few orders. I mean this has been a great experience so far. My 3 year old Maltipoo absolutely LOVES her meals. PetPlate is the best of the best! This is the best dog food delivery service hands down. Not only is my dog obsessed with every recipe, but she has gotten so much healthier from eating this food. A few years ago she had weird skin issues, bald patches in her fur and once we switched to PetPlate that all went away. Her fur is smooth and silky now! Their customer service team is so nice and helpful and in my years of ordering I have only ever had one issue- and it was a courier issue that they made right immediately. I am so grateful I found them and my dog gets to eat real food instead of gross store bought kibble.

Pretty Great. Needs a Tad of Work Pet Plate is frozen. It takes a bit to thaw so I put it out (two) in the frig to thaw. The carton is nice and once opened easy to give to the dog. My only issues are 1. The film over the food is nice, but too hard get off. Where you're supposed to pull, it tears off and then I have to use scissors to cut off all the film. Heaven forbid my dog get even a bite of that. He could chock. 2. It is not my dogs favorite, either of them, but that is to each other's taste I guess. But they eat it and I think they will love it when I order again. The website was super easy to use. The price was fair. The directions were clear. It arrived when promised. I will try it again, but wait a bit. I think it is good for my dogs. Love the ingredients.
