Pretty Great. Needs a Tad of Work Pet Plate is frozen. It takes a bit to thaw so I put it out (two) in the frig to thaw. The carton is nice and once opened easy to give to the dog. My only issues are 1. The film over the food is nice, but too hard get off. Where you're supposed to pull, it tears off and then I have to use scissors to cut off all the film. Heaven forbid my dog get even a bite of that. He could chock. 2. It is not my dogs favorite, either of them, but that is to each other's taste I guess. But they eat it and I think they will love it when I order again. The website was super easy to use. The price was fair. The directions were clear. It arrived when promised. I will try it again, but wait a bit. I think it is good for my dogs. Love the ingredients.

Dog loves Dog loves! Was a bit offended that he scarfed it down faster than he does when I make him homemade food myself. I guess its ok though. He deserves the best!

Transparency Lacking They make you go through giving your dog's information and your private email before disclosing that they only serve the USA. Not pleased about that and I know I'll receive advertisements from them through email now. *Edit: although I am really tired of companies not giving the proper info about international availability BEFORE collecting personal info and wasting consumer time, I appreciate the company's prompt response and will be more than happy to remove my review if they change their website to let people know of their restrictions prior to collecting information.

PetPlate is the best of the best! This is the best dog food delivery service hands down. Not only is my dog obsessed with every recipe, but she has gotten so much healthier from eating this food. A few years ago she had weird skin issues, bald patches in her fur and once we switched to PetPlate that all went away. Her fur is smooth and silky now! Their customer service team is so nice and helpful and in my years of ordering I have only ever had one issue- and it was a courier issue that they made right immediately. I am so grateful I found them and my dog gets to eat real food instead of gross store bought kibble.

Gassy Golden No Longer! My 4-year-old golden retriever used to be the gassiest dog I have ever met. She could clear a room easily and you could hear her stomach grumbling and churning all day long. We tried so many different foods and PetPlate was finally the one that worked! No more smelly gas and she digests it so much better that I don't hear her tummy rumble! Her poops are even smaller too. My very picky border collie used to be a chronic vomiter, especially on kibble. We tried many different foods for her to try to help with digestion but didn't have a lot of luck. When we switched to PetPlate she stopped her normal 2x a week vomiting! She hasn't vomited in over 8 months, which is when we started her on PetPlate. She is picky and gobbles up every bite when she used to skip meals constantly. She even begs for her PetPlate now when she knows it is close to dinner time. We are so happy to have found a food that works so well for both of our pups!
