GBTerrible I have been trying to get a hold of this company for days now. The phone number on their website is invalid, the local number takes me to a voicemail(calls are not returned), and there is no way to talk to someone directly. I have sent more than one email and have yet to get a response from a person explaining what is going on. Due to a technical glitch my payment wasn't processed and therefore I cannot schedule a delivery. Communication does not exist with this company. I just want my personal belongings and this is beginning to feel like a scam.

We were thrilled with their careful handling, unwrapping and even assembly of our heavy California King Bed! Wish we had written down the names of the two guys who were especially helpful and kind—they were terrific! Will recommend your company to everyone!

GBTacked on charges Wayforth has an agreement with our senior living facility regarding charges if the company is already on site, which I relied on to get a dining room table from the loading dock to my apartment and assembled (1 hour x 2 people x $65). My bill, however, was $215 after Lori Furstenburg taked on truck time and “administration”.

GBThe delivery team was great and… The delivery team was great and courteous. However, the fact that there was a backlog of a month or so to get access to my stuff makes this service somewhat moot...
