unresponsive, unreliable Was Livible, then merged with Wayforth. Boston area totally unresponsive, does not return calls.

Terrible I have been trying to get a hold of this company for days now. The phone number on their website is invalid, the local number takes me to a voicemail(calls are not returned), and there is no way to talk to someone directly. I have sent more than one email and have yet to get a response from a person explaining what is going on. Due to a technical glitch my payment wasn't processed and therefore I cannot schedule a delivery. Communication does not exist with this company. I just want my personal belongings and this is beginning to feel like a scam.

Absolutely terrible service Absolutely terrible service. I had a delivery scheduled for 1-2 pm and they never showed up and even worse did not call me nor email me about the whereabouts of my things. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. I am now going to be sleeping on the floor for the near future until I can get my stuff out from them. If I could have rated them 0 stars I would.

I wasn't sure what to expect.. I wasn't sure what to expect... They arrived on time and began labeling and shrink wrapping all furniture. Both Brandon and Mike were very courteous. Brandon who I believe was the lead kept things flowing. I would recommend Livible.com based on my current experience. Hopefully the merger with WayForth does not dilute the business model.

Non transparent costs Non transparent costs. One of the delivery person was unprofessional and almost threw a tantrum and walked away while having a conversation- "I got no time. I am busy". Well- we pay for your time. At least care enough to talk with your customer
