GBTacked on charges Wayforth has an agreement with our senior living facility regarding charges if the company is already on site, which I relied on to get a dining room table from the loading dock to my apartment and assembled (1 hour x 2 people x $65). My bill, however, was $215 after Lori Furstenburg taked on truck time and “administration”.

GBTerrible I have been trying to get a hold of this company for days now. The phone number on their website is invalid, the local number takes me to a voicemail(calls are not returned), and there is no way to talk to someone directly. I have sent more than one email and have yet to get a response from a person explaining what is going on. Due to a technical glitch my payment wasn't processed and therefore I cannot schedule a delivery. Communication does not exist with this company. I just want my personal belongings and this is beginning to feel like a scam.

GBDishonest In The front Office. The workers that did my move did an outstanding job, it's the difference in my estimate and my actual cost that I have a problem with. It was estimated that it would take 4 workers 10 hours to complete my move plus a trip charge. I was charged from the time they left till the time they returned for a move that management planned for 2 days. That's being charged driving to the first location, loading, then driving back then driving to the second location, unloading, then driving back to the warehouse. I payed over $450.00 driving time. I was also charged $150 special handling for a washer & dryer and there was nothing special done with it, They used a regular hand truck and no wrapping. Nothing different than a regular piece of furniture. I wasn't told that there would be a special charge for a project manager when i signed my estimate paper. I was charged $133.00. Actual movers.. that's a 5. Management... that's a 1. Not very forth coming if you ask me.

GBSmooth move with Wayforth Smooth move with Wayforth! Everyone involved, from my initial consult through move prep, packing, and moving, was very friendly and professional. Kathy Boykin (my initial consult) was a reassuring presence and helped calm my anxieties about my move, while Leslie Funk, my client guide manager who supervised the actual packing and moving, was very organized, calm, and thorough. There were a few delicate items she packed personally to ensure their safety during transit. She stationed the right members of her team in the right areas to make the most of their expertise, and the various packers and movers worked well together like a well-oiled machine. I couldn't be more pleased.

GBNon transparent costs Non transparent costs. One of the delivery person was unprofessional and almost threw a tantrum and walked away while having a conversation- "I got no time. I am busy". Well- we pay for your time. At least care enough to talk with your customer
