GBBlackmail business model. Avoid at all costs. It's a really dodgy scam. As part of Go-Daddy and 123-reg, these guys will remove your bank details off your domains in your 123-reg account and then not send you renewal emails. When the renewal then fails they will remove your domains and put them up for sale at ridiculous amount so money and refuse to give them back. UPDATE - DAN.com have stated they have tried to contact me through Trustpilot. literally no contact at all. 123-reg gave me their legal contact. This is indirect blackmail. Further Update - These guys are now trying to get my review removed. As a company they decided to take my domain, decided to not give it back and try and sell it back to me and then decided to feign ignorance. They are now deciding to try and have my review removed. I refuse to contact them further. This is why Trustpilot exists so hopefully this will not be removed.

DZThey lack one thing Which Sedo have … When weighing Sedo against Dan for domain transactions, the absence of country views on Dan is a notable drawback. I hope Dan integrates this feature in the future for a better user experience. Despite this, I lean towards Dan over Sedo due to its unique advantage of allowing payments in the currency of choice, a feature Sedo lacks. Additionally, while Sedo provides detailed website traffic insights, including countries of origin and the referring URLs, Dan could improve by incorporating such analytics. Overall, Dan's flexible payments make it my preferred choice for domain transactions.

CAThe service was straight forward and… The service was straight forward and the process was easy. Full disclosure I have no frame of reference as this was my first domain purchase, but it was a simple transaction. I had my website up and running the day the transfer was complete.

GBEveryone Should Read This... Everyone Should Read This... Firstly; DAN is a great marketplace to buy and to sell domain names. Plain and simple. Take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt! 99% Of these negative reviews come from absolute morons. The people leaving the negative reviews have no idea what they are doing! Then just leave uneducated reviews. 99% of them are complaining because they forgot to renew their domain and are trying to pass the buck - They are the ones that did not pay their domain renewal bill and in-turn they lost their domain name. If you do not renew your domain, it will expire! (you are also usually given a grace period to renew your domain). If you do not pay your renew bill for your domain then you lose it! Simple! Its that Simple!! After you fail to pay your renewal bill for your domain it goes through a deletion process and then the domain is basically available for anyone to register. The person who then registers the domain (you lost) now owns the domain and can either build on it or list the domain for sale. If you fail to pay your mortgage bill what happens! Essentially, in the end, you lose your home. Your home is then listed for sale and is purchased by the new owner. The uneducated morons leaving negative reviews are the initial home owner who are now ranting at the agency who listed for sale and the new owner who may have decide to resell. Absolute joke!
