GBI applied online with SBA.GOV and my… I applied online with SBA.GOV and my search was intercepted by this company. I was under the impression that It was SBA.GOV that I was giving my very personal and private information to. I need glasses and could not see the disclosures. I realize the mistake after getting emailed by a 3rd party and calling the number 844-478-0366. This company is being operated via P.O. Box from Delaware. I am so pissed off right now because my information could be sold to data brokers and 3rd parties without my consent. In addition, this is high class trademark infringement. I’d like to be a lead plaintiff in a class action. I might not get a dime from a possible shell corporation but at least it would probably be shut down. SBA is a U.S. Federal Trademark as of 03-05/14. It does not matter how many disclosures you give. I do not think that any company in their right mind would give you permission to STEAL their potential customers. I’ve check the trademark registration and I’ll load a pic proving who it belongs to.

GBStill have not receive any update about… Still have not receive any update about the increase, but I want to thank Smith, Scott J. He’s always so helpful and responsive. Even though he’s not processing the increase, He helped me with my documents on my initial loan and tries to update me and get me the help I need.

GBSomeone has applied for a loan in my… Someone has applied for a loan in my name with Womply fast lane. I received a text message from Womply saying I need to do a selfie I replied I have never applied for a loan. I emailed Womply 3 times and no response. I tried calling and their number is down. I then called SBA and they said call their fraud line and it referred me to a website to report fraud and you have to know the name of the person who is doing the fraud to report it. SBA has created a System that allows for Fraud because they are giving out loans and not thinking about online Fraud and making a way for people to report it. I have tried every way I know to report it and I am still not successful. SBA please help me.

GBMuch Needed Relief I found SBA.com to be amazingly helpful in navigating this stressful situation of needing funding for my small business. The number of emails that you sent were not only encouraging, but seemed to always come at the time when I needed them most. Kudos to you and your team for such a great service you provide. Don't change anything, as your process (at least from my experience) has been flawless!

GBSBA.com is a SCAM SBA.com is a SCAM! The phone number is a recording and lead to nowhere, AND the address is a UPS Store in 40 E Main St, Newark, DE 19711. It is a PO Box address and not a real office. The pop up link to their website showed up as I was reviewing SBA.gov and my information is fraudulently being used. Please remove my information as you are not authorized to process or use my identification. *** NO I DID NOT CONFUSE YOU WITH SBA.GOV ***
