TRENNDER DELETED MY PRODUCT CATALOG AND THEMES AFTER I LEFT THEM A BAD REVIEW Copies of emails were provided to Trustpilot in order to keep this review online and prove that the situation below is 100% true. The emails came directly from Shopify and clearly show the timestamps of when Trennder deleted my product catalog and the store themes I purchased from another vendor. ********Original Review ******* After leaving the review below, TRENNDER WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT & DELETED MY ENTIRE WEBSITE, PRODUCT CATALOG AND THE THEME INSTALLED BY A PREVIOUS WEB DESIGNER FROM SHOPIFY!! Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!! They have missed every single deadline and keep promising my website would be done in a few more days, and its been ONE MONTH RIGHT IN BFCM HOLIDAY SEASON!! It's been an absolute disaster for setting up my marketing campaigns because without a completed website, I can't link emails. Before ordering I spoke with someone and they assured me that they would complete the template I purchased from another site and also give me an alternate site. After at least 3 follow up emails and repeated requests for calls, sending them a full zip folder of images and detailed instructions and examples of the functionality I need the store to have, it has been completely ignored. I'm beyond frustrated and have not been able to move forward with scheduling my promotions. This has been an absolutely terrible experience and I will be disputing this charge for a FULL refund with my credit card company. Don't even bother trying them out, use another service. For a solopreneur who must rely on outside services to get work completed, this is a disaster. I currently have a Squarespace site that I didn't update waiting for them, now I have to backtrack and revise that website myself because my shopify site was never completed. I'm so deeply disappointed I cannot even say... my plans to apply to grants for women of color have all been pushed back. Just don't purchase from them. ** If my review was fake, Trustpilot would have removed it. If you are still in doubt, please contact me on IG and I will be happy to share the time-stamped keystrokes as proof from Shopify. ** UPDATE 2022: When I disputed the charge on my credit card, Trennder presented FAKE EMAILS TO MY BANK in an attempt to force me to pay them. Once I presented all of my verifiable evidence of emails, timestamps and Shopify logins, the bank returned my payment. The only way to press charges was to go to Lauderhill Florida police department in person which I was not able to do. If this happens to you, they can be sued under Florida's cybercrime laws.

They totally nailed it, you guys are amazing. They totally nailed it. I highly recommend Trennder to anyone looking to improve their store in order to optimize conversion. I didn't leave this review earlier since I wanted to test how much of an improvement the redesign of my shop was, and oh boy this was just magic. My conversion rate increased 2% which is a lot for my business and my average order value is almost double. Trennder is by far the best agency I have tried, and I have hired a lot of agencies in the past, not even gonna mention fiverr or upwork since those sites are full of scammers. Trennder does a fantastic job Trennder does a fantastic job, near instant customer service and support. I'm a pretty picky and demanding customer and that didn't phase them at all. Final website product was incredible, beautiful, functional and i'm so excited and proud of it. I cannot recommend them highly enough, one of the best purchases i've made in a long time...

The guys at trennder are the best The guys at trennder built the site I was always dreaming of, not only they built what I had in mind but also gave me new ideas to make it even better. Shoutout to the logo designer, he did almost 10 revisions until I was happy with the result, sorry about that but I'm a bit picky with details. Keep up with the good service

Great website but bad communication I contacted these guys because i've seen some of their websites and was really impressed. Don't get me wrong, the website they made for me is really cool, however i regret choosing them for this project. Everytime I message them, they just open the message and I have to message them twice to get a response. I also asked them about fixing my website speed because it slowed down somehow, (maybe from some apps I installed) they told me they will be scanning my website the following day and get back to me, but then i never heard anything back. Its like a cat and mouse game with these guys. Once they get your money they throw you in the back of the line with all other waiting customers and get to you when they can. Hire more people, or dont over promise!
