GBI mis-understood the listing for a… I mis-understood the listing for a small flag I bought for my grandson. A call to Gates to re-order a missing part lead me to ask for a reduced shipping charge for the additional part. They agreed that the listing was not clear and waived shipping (which was more than the part). Excellent people to deal with. Will definitely make future purchases through them. Thank-you.
