No answer when i call (us number or spanish number) I have only sepa account with wirecard no us account I don't no where is my denizen card no tracking number Is not possible to make transfer from denizen to any bank. I'm disapointed. (Update) Beware of Denizen they will block you when you write a bad comment on Facebook. 18 days and still no card, no usa account, it does not respond to e-mails correctly. I am waiting for the refund of my money and the closing of my account Denizen.

good concept but bad support good system and concept until they decided to erase me because they didn't want to work with belgian people anymore. I had privileges as I was part of the first members but they didn't want me to recreate a new account under my wife's name who is american (people who can still use their cards).

5 Stars! Simple, Fee Free, and easy to use! LOVE IT! Had absolutely no issue getting my Denizen card. I have used it for the past 2 months with 0 issues. The on-boarding DOES requires you to have a valid passport and SSN/EU Tax ID! So, if you try to establish an account and do not have one of those, you won't get an account (Which is normal for ANY bank account) * Saw a review where someone complained and I am sure that was why they couldn't get an account. Nothing worse than someone that can't follow the rules, and then makes a fuss when they can't color outside the lines. And unlike Transferwise, I have not had ANY transfer fees or FX fee's! Cash out of bank ATM's are fee free, and I can track the balance in my US, German and Spanish accounts in one app! LOVE IT!!!!!! 5 stars!

Highly recommended for expats and travellers I've been using Denizen in lots of countries and currencies as I travel frequently. Having compared it to most other fintech cards I always find Denizen superior for the absence of hidden fees including no ATM cash withdrawal charges. This of course refers to a founding member pricing; other memberships may vary. HIGHLY recommended for expats and travellers.

A very good solution for expats! A very good solution for expats! It's a great solution for handling payments in currencies abroad, I use it to manage my freelance payments in USA and it works great. It's still on an early stage but it looks like this will become something awesome!
