They're Closing Down The service in the U.S. basically operated as a prepaid debit card with ACH functionality. Nothing fancy. Euro support is not supported unless you can provide a verified address in the EU/EEA. I did get notified a couple weeks ago that they're shutting down on December 17, 2019. I have until then to use and/or transfer out my balance or they'll write me a check for what is left in the account.

Happy, at last! OK. Finally it happened. I had to wait a pretty long time to see everything fixed, but they made it. Transfers work also well, both ways (bank accounts to card and vice-versa). Now i am a happy customer. For sure support still shows room for improvement but i believe it has to do with sins of youth. It works, and whatever is in my contract got respected so far.

Waste of time Waste of time! Just got notified they are closing services in the Greek market. Denizen had been operating well for the last six months after a horrible launch period where transfer functions would operate normally then vanish inexplicably for months. Overall not worth it... It's a risk you take with any Fintech start up and the come on will usually far exceed what can be delivered for any sustained period without constant minor changes, usually fee increases. Bottom line: Just don't expect anything good to last...

I have been a remote consultant for 2… I have been a remote consultant for 2 years now and I lose about $400 a year to bank fees. This bank/account is saving me lots of money and time. I feel much more proud and confident when I send invoices to clients. I wish this was around 5 years ago when I was an expat. Great service. They respond very quickly.
