Advertising Square Dance Club Welcome Wagon prices seemed very reasonable. They did a good job of working with us to design a post card that we believe will be successful. Of course the proof of effectiveness will be the response we receive. We will not be able to measure that for a number of months.

review Very attentive during sale but vague and slow to respond during the ad set-up process. This review may be pre-mature and I was asked to consider it and the ad campaign just started so I am not sure of its effectiveness. My overall opinion will hinge on the success of the program for my business. I used welcome wagon 20 years ago when my practice began and allowed me to meet some great patients who still see me to this day!

Church As a church, we align well with welcome wagons target audience of new people to the community. We desire to minister to those moving into the area and help them acclimate with a new church home to find resources and help about the community. I am excited to be part of Welcome Wagon and look forward to a long lasting relationship

Terrible customer service We used Welcome Wagon for years to target new patients. We never had any metrics to know if the mailers were generating new patients unless they told us. Since we could not measure the value, we decided to discontinue the service when our contract expired. Since our expiration date we have been charged three months in a row through automatic billing. There is no easy way to speak with someone and they have not refunded our money.

Welcome Wagon is great! Welcome Wagon is great! I used them at my prior dental office to send mailings to get new patients. Now I am at a new office and will be using them again due to the prior success. They are efficient, accommodating and professional. They respond quickly and answered all of my questions. I would recommend other businesses using them to obtain new clients in your area.
