Very bad customer service I bought the Access Pass plan and used it for 8 months then got my account disabled for no reason, when I messaged all their platforms they blocked me! I have proof on Twitter and on the web! in many 1 star reviews on the platform i found them all to be correct, the support team arbitrarily locked the user account and CANNOT PROVIDE EVIDENCE WHY THEY BLOCKED THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT so they block the customer!

UI8 is my GO-TO resource for incredible design systems, presentation templates and coded resources. Their customer support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Any time I have an opportunity to recommend UI8 to friends and companies I work with, I do it without a moments hesitation. The resources on the site are top notch. The attention to detail is off the charts good and I never have a concern about whether the package I use is going to solve my needs. I can't highly recommend UI8 enough!
