THI've been using UI8 for over 2 years… I've been using UI8 for over 2 years and just upgraded my subscription for another 1-year plan. It's not cheap compared to other UI platforms but the quality is here. I also have Evanto, but I need to sift through so many old and poorly built design assets over there. That's not the case here. I'm a web designer and UI8 has been my go-to for Figma mockups, graphics for my designs, and design inspirations. The bottom line is that the creators in this marketplace are good and of high quality. I have to say, I was surprised by all the 1 stars but after reading them, they seem to come from people upset about the auto-renewals. Usually on platforms like this with creative assets, they don't have refunds because it's easy to download a bunch of stuff. I already knew there weren't refunds when I signed up because they make that clear. So just keep that in mind. I'm good with it becasue the assets here have been a huge time saver and helps me with my creative workflow.

AUTricky auto renew scam..... Same as a few others complaints..... auto renewal not clear when you purchase a 3 month all access pass. There is a tiny remember my payment details checkbox that you can hardly notice (not a bad design idea and UX to scam you into paying twice). Support non existent when trying to resolve issue.

VNVery bad customer service I bought the Access Pass plan and used it for 8 months then got my account disabled for no reason, when I messaged all their platforms they blocked me! I have proof on Twitter and on the web! in many 1 star reviews on the platform i found them all to be correct, the support team arbitrarily locked the user account and CANNOT PROVIDE EVIDENCE WHY THEY BLOCKED THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT so they block the customer!
