Agree with the other reviews. Alike all the other comments. It is difficult to find the unsubscribe button and its not very clear that it will just automatically charge your card. You can remove your payment method and apparently, there is a button on the your purchases page although I did not see it when I was looking to cancel. Just a tip, that the cancel button makes sense to be on the plans page - funny that they didn't think of that being a UI designing company. Also, big tip - THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Although, the customer service rep did answer all my questions within a day.

Impossible to cancel without blocking… Impossible to cancel without blocking the card! this site has done everything to make it appear that you have canceled but it is necessary, they continue to take the money. support is completely absent and non-existent.

Very bad customer service I bought the Access Pass plan and used it for 8 months then got my account disabled for no reason, when I messaged all their platforms they blocked me! I have proof on Twitter and on the web! in many 1 star reviews on the platform i found them all to be correct, the support team arbitrarily locked the user account and CANNOT PROVIDE EVIDENCE WHY THEY BLOCKED THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT so they block the customer!
