5-stars?? give me another free press release dany man We left Cision after 7 years & changed the vendor to icrowdnewswire. These 1-star reviews seems to be their competitor's gimmicks. While convincing my team that they r better than PR newswire their rep offered us a free press release & in just 2 months we've launched 3 releases with them. Pros : very legitimate media sites Cons : they are usually lazy on weekends. Recommended product: their 'legal' press release option - thank me later.

Honestly, I am not one to write a bad review, but I was flat out lied to by Account Manager Gary Billy (who by the way begged me for a review, and went so far as to follow me on my personal social media to ask for one). I asked if my release in the Super Premium package of Release Live would be published on Wall St Journal, Yahoo Finance, Bloomberg, etc as it appeared on the site. He assured me it would. Turns out, that is false advertising as it appears to say "featured on" -- as this is nothing more than a banner ad on those sites for 1 week. Thats all that meant, and when I asked Gary to confirm, he lied to me. Furthermore I specifically asked for all communication and reporting to be sent to me, and after explicitly asking not to contact my client directly, he did anyway. I expect a refund as I lost a client due to Gary Billy's deceit and unprofessional conduct.
