The level of customer service and communication from the folks at MarketMeSuite has been something I hope my staff can aspire to! I'm notorious for "hitting the ground running" when it comes to new applications. I don't have time to learn new things and figure out how to apply it to our world. So far I have found MMS to be intuitive and because the dashboard resembles the email folder, I have been able to get projects underway with little hassle. I look forward to implementing the more advanced functions soon. The communication with the staff has been concise, helpful, friendly, informative and (most importantly) complete. Lots of problems posting. There were so many technical issues posting to Facebook. I can't run my business like that. When I schedule posts I need to know that they will post properly. This was supposed to make my life easier and so far it has been a huge headache!

Great Social Marketing Group Control Overall, I'm a big fan of MarketMeSuite and have recommended it to many people. The main things I would change would be the addition of more Social Media groups, such as: Pinterest Google + As well as adding the ability to post to our LinkedIn business pages. It's great that I can do my personal account, but I want the ability to post to my various business pages as well, especially since I work for a large corporation and we have various pages for each division of small business under our umbrella. I love your customer support, far more that what I dealt with at Hoot Suite, which was a big disappointment, and was very happy to find MarketMeSuite

All serious business need this ! I've been using MarketMeSuite since version 3, and the version 4 is a great milestone for MMS. It saves times, provide manageable engagement, reach new prospect easily. But actually i want to give 4.5 of 5... since they don't have the android app version :)
