needs improvement I'm disappointed with how WordPress has changed over time now since I've come back to using it after a while. The layout makes it seem way more complicated than it needs to be and it really takes the joy out of blogging/writing/designing. I like the low-cost options but the layouts and controls need to be simplified more since it's too overwhelming and not always straightforward.

Thinking of shutting down my website..... Using their website to create your own website is a nightmare. Critical updates can render your site unusable and you'll be stuck. I paid a web designer to create my site. Over a year later I’m still being held up by technical hitches constantly. This has prevented me doing promotional work as well as adding media to my portfolio and shop. To be honest I feel this site is a minefield and if you easily want to create and use a website avoid this site. I would not recommend this website to anyone I know....

There are tons of resources available for us to study when set backs come up. Quality information can be found on the forum. There are plenty of chat supports available some even 24/7. The solution to challenges we may have to debug will be out there. The platform is very robust. It allows us to express ourselves in so many creative ways. Wordpress is super software. After one month I have still my account blocked After one month I have still my account blocked because i wrote a pretty legitimate negative review on a theme. Stay away from this platform guys. It's corrupted. if you write real negative reviews on bad coded themes they will block your account. Who from the forum rest email blocked my account hasn't even wrote his name and there is no way to claim this abuse. In the while my previous posts are still there and i cannot communicate with the pretty good plugins foudners I've been using for my website. I think this is really bad and deserve to be known by people. Fortunately Trustpilot is AWESOME and it's absolutely from the side of who is victim of injustice like me. I truly wish the AI will wash away wordpress in the future so that everybody can make the AI build their own CMS so we won't need even of themes and plugins, cause this is what you deserve. And I think it's going to happen in a short time. I suggest you to learn more from your errors and fire people who are seriously damaging your brand reputation.

Not so good Their menus and functions are always hidden in places you never expect. It's as if a Tornado hit their structure. Only use if you are a very patient and technical person. Even the fact that there are actually two sites, one wordpress.org and one wordpress.com, each one for a different thing, is immediately confusing. But it is precisely the way their menus are "structured" that is perhaps the most confusing software platform ever released. It's free, but frustration will cost your health. Most blogs on the Internet that try to answer your questions contain information about older versions of the platform that are no longer up to date. Just finding help from their forums gives you a headache (if you do).
