needs improvement I'm disappointed with how WordPress has changed over time now since I've come back to using it after a while. The layout makes it seem way more complicated than it needs to be and it really takes the joy out of blogging/writing/designing. I like the low-cost options but the layouts and controls need to be simplified more since it's too overwhelming and not always straightforward.

WordPress.org is not WordPress.com Seems that a lot of people are complaining about WordPress.com but this section is for WordPress.ORG. The organisation website is free source code and doesn't offer a paid hosting option like the .com counterpart. WordPress is a fantastic, free platform although it has quite a learning curve it seems. Plenty of plugins and templates. It's the CMS champion but unfortunately it's showing some grey hairs now with the new competitors, like Squarespace, providing better functionality. The Gutenberg update is their attempt at fighting back but it doesn't seem to be well received. I'll continue to use this great, free platform until I find something better.

Good for entry level user Wordpress is great for getting a site up quickly but being a web designer I'm sick of arriving at a job and discovering that the site rebuild is needed because someone has put all the info in widgets! Very time consuming. If your paying over £1000 for your website try and get it done in HTML5 and avoid cms. If you need to administer your site with no technical knowledge the Wordpress is great.

Absolutely unprofessional Absolutely unprofessional. Since already 3 days I can't log in due a WP system error. I have already open a ticket and get an automatic reply. Three times I wrote them I need assistance, and they did not reply none. I can't admin my site because they don't follow up customers.

A Wordpress nightmare I have never met a thief service as sophisticated and cruel as Wordpress. I was robbed by this criminal gang 6 months after having canceled all my services, suffering serious damage for this reason. I have reported Wordpress, but it is impossible to recover the money and be compensated. Not only do I not recommend Wordpress to anyone, but I warn everyone not to trust Wordpress, because I am a victim of their fraud and their theft. And it is terrible.
