GBI first heard about Muuv through Amanda… I first heard about Muuv through Amanda Pulitano (she’s an influencer) so when it was time for me to move, Muuv was the first moving company that came to my mind. From the very first conversations up until move day, everyone on the Muuv team was efficient, communicative, and friendly. My possessions were handled with SO much care. The attention to detail, follow-ups and customer service I encountered were seriously better than other business has ever provided me! HIGHLY recommend. Thank you guys!

GBI placed an order with this company… I placed an order with this company back in November, I still haven’t received my items and I have been asking since January for a refund and they are refusing to give me my money back. She keeps just saying that they are dedicated to sending me my order and they are completely ignoring the fact that I have been saying I want my money back for two months.I have been speaking with Rachel Peake who is the Head of Customer Care. If I could give 0 stars I would!

CANever again Never again! T I bought 4 pants 6 shorts xl and they only sent me 1 pair and the wrong size! I sent them screen shots of what I got and what I ordered! They will not send me the items that I wanted nor will they give me a refund. Been fighting with them since January 15. I still have not received any more items that I ordered and the size. I'm very upset. I would hate to have to take them to court for my order it was 55$ however if I would have atleast got the correct size for the one wouldn't be so bad but they been fighting with me. I have proof of everything . Really sad

GBZero stars Zero stars. Placed order 2 months ago and still have not received. Automated “so sorry for delay” responses to each email to customer service with no resolution. I have asked for a refund and still same automated response. I would never recommend ordering from them

GBExcellent job and efficient Excellent job and efficient. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. I would say to talk with a rep to make sure you’re describing the items correctly. I was able to reduce my cost by describing what I have rather than just filling out the form.
