No Support for refunds, no response in 4 weeks. Had a annual subscription with them but stopped using their product. The following subscription came out which I’d overlooked. Contacted them to get a refund, several times, and have no no responses at all. Even their forums are being porn spammed so I guess they’ve gone under. *Do not spend your money here*

PHP update I bought WP-MediaMag 1.0 Premium, for multi use few years back, now for update of PHP, solostream ask me to buy again the same them with new version of PHP. Disappeared in Fall 2020? I purchased a theme through their website and then could not download the files from my account. I tried e-mail their support address multiple times and heard no response back. I submitted forms through their online forum and heard nothing back. No support whatsoever for an item I paid for and did not receive.
