GBI used Live Chat for support and it was… I used Live Chat for support and it was timely and convenient as I was into an issue. The issue pertained to a theme Option that was enabled but had not been rolled out and should have been disabled. Support did wonderful finding the answers for me. However, it is a major flaw in development to allow the feature to be enabled if it was not released. Fortunately, it does not prevent the theme from being installed or function normally. The theme is wp-blogging.

MXGood customer service Good customer service, had an issue when updating Wordpress php and they updated the theme so it would work again.

CANot what they use to be I have recommended SoloStream in the past. I recently had to subscribe again (paid money - not sure what lifetime represents) to update a theme for one of my customers. 1] I had to email them to approve my purchase. 2] I had to email them to approve my reset password - which they say has been done but I still can't log in. I'm 3 weeks in now. 3] They don't answer the questions I send to support@ 4] They close my ticket saying "we've resolved" ... they haven't resolved/answered my questions.
