GBI used Live Chat for support and it was… I used Live Chat for support and it was timely and convenient as I was into an issue. The issue pertained to a theme Option that was enabled but had not been rolled out and should have been disabled. Support did wonderful finding the answers for me. However, it is a major flaw in development to allow the feature to be enabled if it was not released. Fortunately, it does not prevent the theme from being installed or function normally. The theme is wp-blogging.

GBDisappeared in Fall 2020? I purchased a theme through their website and then could not download the files from my account. I tried e-mail their support address multiple times and heard no response back. I submitted forms through their online forum and heard nothing back. No support whatsoever for an item I paid for and did not receive.

TWPHP update I bought WP-MediaMag 1.0 Premium, for multi use few years back, now for update of PHP, solostream ask me to buy again the same them with new version of PHP. This is very bad service, very bad, bad Raghu after Reply from SoloStream here, i send them email , no answer! bad, bad, bad service
