USSolostream charged $15 to my credit… Solostream charged $15 to my credit card and won't tell me what the charge was for. It's an auto-renewal but I don't recall having authorized an auto-renewal when I used their service. Even if I did, there needs to be a way to reverse it. I emailed them the same day the charge was initiated, and they wrote me back saying they'd look into it. I didn't hear from them again. As a result, I disputed the charge through my bank, and the bank required me to cancel my credit card because it's considered "compromised." It's a big hassle for a $15 charge, but I don't trust the company to not charge my card again. It's unacceptable and unprofessional for a company to auto-renew something without any notice or ability to cancel it, and to not disclose what was auto-renewed when asked.

GBNo Support for refunds, no response in 4 weeks. Had a annual subscription with them but stopped using their product. The following subscription came out which I’d overlooked. Contacted them to get a refund, several times, and have no no responses at all. Even their forums are being porn spammed so I guess they’ve gone under. *Do not spend your money here*

USDisappeared in Fall 2020? I purchased a theme through their website and then could not download the files from my account. I tried e-mail their support address multiple times and heard no response back. I submitted forms through their online forum and heard nothing back. No support whatsoever for an item I paid for and did not receive.

MXGood customer service Good customer service, had an issue when updating Wordpress php and they updated the theme so it would work again.
