Their presentation was clear, they answered every question, and were genuine. The set up was painless, they walked through every step and their onboarding support was so amazing, I have become friends with some of the team. If there is ever an issue, the support team is always on top of it, never once have I heard the "Turn it off and turn it on" type of support. 10/10 would recommend.

Charged Us for ZERO Service To follow up with Kris' review below, we now know how the cancellation of the account went... They instructed us because we didn't provide 30 days cancellation notice, no refund will be provided. So that's the end of the story. No service, we had to force contact and in the end, they kept our money because WE didn't hold up our end of the agreement. Well, I guess you live and learn and hope to not repeat your mistakes of the past. I think we're all a little wiser though slightly poorer.

Avoxi is the biggest little secret for… Avoxi is the biggest little secret for small companies trying not to break the bank with telephone services fees, and Avoxi's excellent customer services more than pay for the small fees they charge. Since I subscribed to Avoxi, I haven't missed the big, monopolistic, price-gauging telephone companies. My clients are happy, I am happy, and my financials are happy. Now that is a great little telephone company for you.
