GBUseful features for a virtual number in Norway Avoxi provided a virtual number in Norway. Call forwarding, scheduling of ring times, and recording calls were some neat features. I was impressed with the features. The price was good, but recently they added a $5 admin fee. No on was calling us maybe because they were calling us on whats app.

NZJust another scam company Just another scam company, their 0800 service worked smoothly for about 2 months and then stopped working. After multiple inquiries they were adamant the only solution was upgrading our plan to a significantly more expensive package. Going off of the amount of traffic we were unable to connect to we probably lost about $60k worth of work over the last few months

AUBeware and check your first bill Beware and check your first bill. I signed up for a simple $4.49 business classic plan, only to have without authorisation over $8 in extra monthly fees added (not including call fees on top). Support which was fast to try and upsell, was slow to reply, and eventually refunded. There is no way to cancel your account online, which should have been a red flag when I signed up. So they hold all the control here. I have since cancelled my account and migrated to OpenPhone which is going great.

GBAvoxi has a remarkably responsive and… Avoxi has a remarkably responsive and effective technical support team. They answer the phone all times of the day or night and will do their absolute best to solve your problem right then and there. If they cannot, they will give you a time line for a solution and the company usually meets that time line.

DEVery dubious business practices Very dubious business practices - not transparent pricing, what was advertised on their website was not what i ended up paying - it was far higher to use their SIP trunking and virtual phone number even though I hardly used their service they still charged by like $60. Will try to retain you by offering you "free credit" - they send way too many emails to try and make it seem like they're offering good customer service. Avoid
