SGTerrible I echo similarly bad experiences here - it was good when we first signed up early 2020, then early this year after I increased my base plan and accidentally signed up for another plan, i have been unable to get them to cancel this additional plan, so I have been charge double of what I normally pay, with increasing telephone charges as well. No responses to my emails since Feb and now I can't even login to my account to cancel, as my password doesn't work and I can't reset. I would like all my money back and stop paying but can't even do that. I am horrified - Stay away.

TRAvoxi is a horrible call center and IVR… Avoxi is a horrible call center and IVR software. Avoxi call center system doesn't work at all. They tried to make it work at trial. After we started paying, the support never replied, just auto-replies. We couldn't use Avoxi system at all but had to pay for 4 months! Voice quality of Avoxi is not professional for any company. When we unsubscribed, they continued charging. Tried to reach support but no way. Then reached staff via Linkedin. (Look how desperate a customer is made.) It didn't work, just good wishes. We deleted our account and deleted our credit card details, they continued to charge by using old credit card records! Asked for refund, after months they started replying but still no resolution. We have the emails and all records for reference, incl. the irritating discussions with the company managers. (If there is a company at all)

INExcellent Services and Support we are using the services from Avoxi from last 10 Years and the support and the services are awesome, we are getting support round the clock, even in non working hours and Public holidays as well. NZJust another scam company Just another scam company, their 0800 service worked smoothly for about 2 months and then stopped working. After multiple inquiries they were adamant the only solution was upgrading our plan to a significantly more expensive package. Going off of the amount of traffic we were unable to connect to we probably lost about $60k worth of work over the last few months

AUKudos to Avoxi support and sales agents. Very good customer support. As a new user to IP-based telecommunications systems, we have many questions regarding setup issues and account management. Both Avoxi support agent and sales agent always take time and patiently walk us through our questions and issues. Unlike some providers who often just brushed off "silly" questions and not bother to address each question or query raised.
