They instructed us because we didn't provide 30 days cancellation notice, no refund will be provided. So that's the end of the story. No service, we had to force contact and in the end, they kept our money because WE didn't hold up our end of the agreement. Well, I guess you live and learn and hope to not repeat your mistakes of the past. I think we're all a little wiser though slightly poorer.

They are introducing payment processing fees that are 110% of the actual monthly rental costs. They have also introduced a fee for the preparation of invoices, which is clearly something is done by a bot. I cancelled my service with them and got a successful chargeback for some of the fees that Avoxi tried to charge retrospectively, and fees that I did not agree to when I accepted the original terms and conditions. To be clear, they are a fraud and scam ridden company.

They answer the phone all times of the day or night and will do their absolute best to solve your problem right then and there. If they cannot, they will give you a time line for a solution and the company usually meets that time line.

Since I subscribed to Avoxi, I haven't missed the big, monopolistic, price-gauging telephone companies. My clients are happy, I am happy, and my financials are happy. Now that is a great little telephone company for you.
