AUBe careful of the hidden fees this… Be careful of the hidden fees this company charges. The monthly recurring fees are not reflective of the actual charges. They are introducing payment processing fees that are 110% of the actual monthly rental costs. They have also introduced a fee for the preparation of invoices, which is clearly something is done by a bot. I cancelled my service with them and got a successful chargeback for some of the fees that Avoxi tried to charge retrospectively, and fees that I did not agree to when I accepted the original terms and conditions. To be clear, they are a fraud and scam ridden company.

GBAvoxi is the biggest little secret for… Avoxi is the biggest little secret for small companies trying not to break the bank with telephone services fees, and Avoxi's excellent customer services more than pay for the small fees they charge. Since I subscribed to Avoxi, I haven't missed the big, monopolistic, price-gauging telephone companies. My clients are happy, I am happy, and my financials are happy. Now that is a great little telephone company for you.

AUBeware and check your first bill Beware and check your first bill. I signed up for a simple $4.49 business classic plan, only to have without authorisation over $8 in extra monthly fees added (not including call fees on top). Support which was fast to try and upsell, was slow to reply, and eventually refunded. There is no way to cancel your account online, which should have been a red flag when I signed up. So they hold all the control here. I have since cancelled my account and migrated to OpenPhone which is going great.

DEVery dubious business practices Very dubious business practices - not transparent pricing, what was advertised on their website was not what i ended up paying - it was far higher to use their SIP trunking and virtual phone number even though I hardly used their service they still charged by like $60. Will try to retain you by offering you "free credit" - they send way too many emails to try and make it seem like they're offering good customer service. Avoid

NZJust another scam company Just another scam company, their 0800 service worked smoothly for about 2 months and then stopped working. After multiple inquiries they were adamant the only solution was upgrading our plan to a significantly more expensive package. Going off of the amount of traffic we were unable to connect to we probably lost about $60k worth of work over the last few months
