Terrible I echo similarly bad experiences here - it was good when we first signed up early 2020, then early this year after I increased my base plan and accidentally signed up for another plan, i have been unable to get them to cancel this additional plan, so I have been charge double of what I normally pay, with increasing telephone charges as well. No responses to my emails since Feb and now I can't even login to my account to cancel, as my password doesn't work and I can't reset. I would like all my money back and stop paying but can't even do that. I am horrified - Stay away.

Markus and Pablo are assets to Avoxi I found all the staff to be very helpful in guiding my business set up over genius. Initially i found the interface very complicated however post video call with the staff... things were easy. I just feel outbound licenses should be given for 1 user (it helps start ups) to grow. personally I find the outbound license very expensive and i feel this will be the only factor that will make me continue or discontinue Avoxi services in the future. I like to personally share my appreciation to markus & pablo for there extended support. kudos to both ya all. Thanks Team.

Prices in USD for Canadian customers… Prices in USD for Canadian customers and extra fees not disclosed. Trying to cancel number but can't log in. Company not meant for Canadian customers with a 30% difference in the dollar. ***update*** The resolution mentioned in my reply from AVOXI was me cancelling my service and going elsewhere. Not what I had hoped for but obviously what needed to happen. Still no invoices. Cancelled number and went elsewhere despite now having to relogo my vehicles and change the website. Brutal company to deal with.

Excellent Services and Support we are using the services from Avoxi from last 10 Years and the support and the services are awesome, we are getting support round the clock, even in non working hours and Public holidays as well. Be careful of the hidden fees this… Be careful of the hidden fees this company charges. The monthly recurring fees are not reflective of the actual charges. They are introducing payment processing fees that are 110% of the actual monthly rental costs. They have also introduced a fee for the preparation of invoices, which is clearly something is done by a bot. I cancelled my service with them and got a successful chargeback for some of the fees that Avoxi tried to charge retrospectively, and fees that I did not agree to when I accepted the original terms and conditions. To be clear, they are a fraud and scam ridden company.
