They answer the phone all times of the day or night and will do their absolute best to solve your problem right then and there. If they cannot, they will give you a time line for a solution and the company usually meets that time line.

Useful features for a virtual number in Norway Avoxi provided a virtual number in Norway. Call forwarding, scheduling of ring times, and recording calls were some neat features. I was impressed with the features. The price was good, but recently they added a $5 admin fee. No on was calling us maybe because they were calling us on whats app.

Very dubious business practices Very dubious business practices - not transparent pricing, what was advertised on their website was not what i ended up paying - it was far higher to use their SIP trunking and virtual phone number even though I hardly used their service they still charged by like $60.
