The set up was painless, they walked through every step and their onboarding support was so amazing, I have become friends with some of the team. If there is ever an issue, the support team is always on top of it, never once have I heard the "Turn it off and turn it on" type of support. 10/10 would recommend.

If they cannot, they will give you a time line for a solution and the company usually meets that time line.

GBAvoxi is the biggest little secret for… Avoxi is the biggest little secret for small companies trying not to break the bank with telephone services fees, and Avoxi's excellent customer services more than pay for the small fees they charge. Since I subscribed to Avoxi, I haven't missed the big, monopolistic, price-gauging telephone companies. My clients are happy, I am happy, and my financials are happy. Now that is a great little telephone company for you.

GBUseful features for a virtual number in Norway Avoxi provided a virtual number in Norway. Call forwarding, scheduling of ring times, and recording calls were some neat features. I was impressed with the features. The price was good, but recently they added a $5 admin fee. No on was calling us maybe because they were calling us on whats app.

NZJust another scam company Just another scam company, their 0800 service worked smoothly for about 2 months and then stopped working. After multiple inquiries they were adamant the only solution was upgrading our plan to a significantly more expensive package. Going off of the amount of traffic we were unable to connect to we probably lost about $60k worth of work over the last few months
