If they cannot, they will give you a time line for a solution and the company usually meets that time line.

Since I subscribed to Avoxi, I haven't missed the big, monopolistic, price-gauging telephone companies. My clients are happy, I am happy, and my financials are happy. Beware and run Beware and run. you might think that the company looks legit from the website and all the toll free numbers provided but believe me, its not. Hopefully you can read this and prevent yourself some pain. Signed up for a service. Waited and didn't work for a day. Called multiple times. each time they say case is open and someone will get back to me. No one did. After wasting few hrs on calls, asked for cancellation and refund. even for that they opened a case and said someone will get back to me.
