Do NOT use this company Do NOT use this company. They raise their prices without notice. (doubled my bill) READ the fine print. NO refunds. They're a horrible company!! You have to wait for days until they respond to a ticket. Do not risk using this company for your 800 phone needs. Do more research. There are cheaper, reputable, nonfraudulent companies out there. I found one very easily. DO NOT USE AVOXI! I will continue to post negative reviews about my horrible experience with this company.

Beware and run Beware and run. you might think that the company looks legit from the website and all the toll free numbers provided but believe me, its not. Hopefully you can read this and prevent yourself some pain. Signed up for a service. Waited and didn't work for a day. Called multiple times. each time they say case is open and someone will get back to me. No one did. After wasting few hrs on calls, asked for cancellation and refund. even for that they opened a case and said someone will get back to me.

Useful features for a virtual number in Norway Avoxi provided a virtual number in Norway. Call forwarding, scheduling of ring times, and recording calls were some neat features. I was impressed with the features. The price was good, but recently they added a $5 admin fee. No on was calling us maybe because they were calling us on whats app.

Avoxi is a horrible call center and IVR… Avoxi is a horrible call center and IVR software. Avoxi call center system doesn't work at all. They tried to make it work at trial. After we started paying, the support never replied, just auto-replies. We couldn't use Avoxi system at all but had to pay for 4 months! Voice quality of Avoxi is not professional for any company. When we unsubscribed, they continued charging. Tried to reach support but no way. Then reached staff via Linkedin. (Look how desperate a customer is made.) It didn't work, just good wishes. We deleted our account and deleted our credit card details, they continued to charge by using old credit card records! Asked for refund, after months they started replying but still no resolution. We have the emails and all records for reference, incl. the irritating discussions with the company managers. (If there is a company at all)

No order confirmation neither login access this is a scam, I was pending with no order confirmation, any email, neither login access. 2 days later finally get a reply with many proof documents to submit, submitted it and still no answer. + worst customer service experience
