GBWay to GO FSBO In November of 2014, decided to sell my home by owner. Started to look online for any help when ran across Fizber.com. Sign up was simple, having already making a home BIO for flyers. Within a couple of weeks there was plenty of traffic with email and phone calls. By April home was sold with a pre qualified buyer, closing the in early May. Savings was enjoyed by both the seller and buyer, saving thousands of dollars each by taking care of the paperwork and leg work ourselves. If were to sell a home again, would definitely look at using Fizber and FSBO again!

GBDon't waste your time. I'm not surprised this business isn't BBB accredited. I should have done my due diligence first. There are plenty of other services out there, I'd advise you look elsewhere for free FSBO services. They nagged me every week to sign up for the MLS service and asked me how the selling was going when I told them, they said and I quote: "Due to your displeasure with us your Redfin and Fizber free FSBO listing has been deleted". Hahaha, I mean how juvenile can a company be and still remain in business?

GBI went to Fizber so as to get a MLS… I went to Fizber so as to get a MLS listing. The listing agent (USrealty Brokerage Solutions) was outside of my state of Nebraska. The listing agent put a comment in the agent's remark section that said, if USrealty Brokerage Solutions must write commission check 1 month delay required. This comment discouraged local agents from showing my home. When I asked Fizber to help me with a solution I was told that it was out of their control, zero help! In a 9 month time period this house never received an offer and was taken off the market. I can NOT recommend this company

GBFIZBER.COM Besy Website to Help Homeowners achive RESULTS We HIGHLY recommend Fizber.Com to anyone trying to realize the most exposure in this highly competitive Real Estate markets. We listed our High End Ranch Property in Colo. Not only did they quickly list our property on all the sites they said. When a problem arose they went out of their way to fix issues. The professionalism displayed and given, more than outweighs the small glitch we had. If you have any questions about listing with Fizber.Com Rest assured your hopes and needs will be MORE than realized. We like to single out Zack our Customer Service Representative as a true asset to the Fizber Organization. He and others at Fizber continue to support our efforts. Regards Jay G. GBGreat concept, but implementation isn't the best. Fizber is a great concept. Post your listing in one place, and it shows up on many sites. I wish it had a bit more control over the listings though. I found that while I could get the listing on fizber to look pretty good, the order of photos, information formatting, and other options did not translate very well to zillow and trulia. And once fizber posts a profile on those sites, you cannot edit them. Next time, I don't think I'd use fizber to create those profiles, and would instead, create them manually on each site, just to get better control over how they're formatted.
