Fantastic Rental Help for Landlords I am a female landlord in Los Angeles, & was having trouble finding an interested, qualified tenant for my duplex. I heard from a colleague that you could go on the internet & do a DIY MLS listing with some help from a broker so that is exactly what I did. I found various companies that offered the service, but I chose Fizber because of the great personal service of their staff, especially Lynn & Marilyn. After filling out the paperwork & attaching photos, my MLS listing was up & running. Immediately, I received many inquiries on the property. One of these leads turned out to be now my future tenants; I even had to turn people away. I will definitely use this service for any future rentals.

My house was listed on zillow for 2 … My house was listed on zillow for 2 weeks, then I added fizber and got an offer in 2 days. Being on the MLS is critical - most real estate agents who cannot locate a property on the MLS tell their clients that the house is "no longer available". This is true even if the potential buyer sees a house they like on zillow and sends the link to their agent!

Great concept, but implementation isn't the best. Fizber is a great concept. Post your listing in one place, and it shows up on many sites. I wish it had a bit more control over the listings though. I found that while I could get the listing on fizber to look pretty good, the order of photos, information formatting, and other options did not translate very well to zillow and trulia. And once fizber posts a profile on those sites, you cannot edit them. Next time, I don't think I'd use fizber to create those profiles, and would instead, create them manually on each site, just to get better control over how they're formatted.

customer service SUCKS after almost two weeks of contacting fizber.com customer service, i've yet to receive a response. they are unable or unwilling to delete or correct property listings that have copy i didn't write and price that is several months old. on one call customer service actually hung up on me! legal action against this company is now pending. they have negatively impacted my ability to sell my property by publishing incorrect & outdated info.
