Poor and getting worse Not a good guide, not transparent, too much "selling"/too many products on site. No real quality and is inefficient. Many better sites both 1st and 3rd party.

There is no ON-LINE buying as it… There is no ON-LINE buying as it claims. It makes you spent time searching for a car and then refers you to a Dealer - where you could have go by yourself prior - so the service they provide, doesn't really exist.

Zero Responses Ive messaged more than 5 people about their cars, through cars.com's pre-made email messengers, and i have gotten ZERO responses. Its been around 3 Weeks, and i havent gotten any calls or emails. Very dissapointing.

Awesome and super easy experience I have had a very good experience buying a car in Hgreg Orlando, Fl. From the first moment I felt the good intention of helping me from the seller. He made a lot of effort to understand what I was looking for, and find the best car for me. The seller (Carlos J. Rodriguez) was very knowledgeable, very friendly and focused. Also the financier (Louis Whatts) was very to the point with the explanation, the details and all the paperwork was super easy.
