GBUnfair competition and deceptive practices geared to promote dealers and demote private sellers The prices in car sale posts made by private sellers o this platform are unfairly labeled as worse than identical cars with more mileage posted by dealers. My car at $65.5K and 20,100 miles is labeled as only a "good deal $731 under", while $69K car with 29K miles and $65.5K car with 25K miles are labeled as "GREAT DEAL $$$KKK under". This is an unfair advertising policy targeted to promote dealers who pay fees for their membership and posts, vs private sellers who don't. #unfairpolicy #unfaircompetition #unfairdeceptivepractices

GBAwesome and super easy experience I have had a very good experience buying a car in Hgreg Orlando, Fl. From the first moment I felt the good intention of helping me from the seller. He made a lot of effort to understand what I was looking for, and find the best car for me. The seller (Carlos J. Rodriguez) was very knowledgeable, very friendly and focused. Also the financier (Louis Whatts) was very to the point with the explanation, the details and all the paperwork was super easy.

GBCars.com - Zero Stars! Cars.com has very poor customer service and generates very few good leads. We ran into several issues where deleted/sold vehicles would show back up for sale on their website out of the blue. We could not see them, remove them, or delete them from the backend where we have previously marked them sold. All requests to have them removed were ignored. This created confusion and made some customers angry. Hajreta Kadic in accounts receivable needs to be replaced with someone more competent and friendly. Julia Zayed as an account representative is worthless.

GBUsed their website to post an ad for my… Used their website to post an ad for my vehicle, paid $50 and received an email almost immediately that the listing was "approved" and would be online in a few hours. Over 10 hours later ad is still not visible online, try to contact CS and get recording that all CS reps are in a "meeting" and to call back later. What kind of company requires all its customer service people to attend a meeting during business hours?? Now its Saturday, over 24 hours after the ad was placed, and the business is closed for the weekend, so it looks like my ad will not appear for at least 2 more days at the earliest. How does an internet company close for the weekend with no one to provide assistance to customers? It is obvious that this company has no regard for customers.
