GBPoor and getting worse Not a good guide, not transparent, too much "selling"/too many products on site. No real quality and is inefficient. Many better sites both 1st and 3rd party.

GBThere is no ON-LINE buying as it… There is no ON-LINE buying as it claims. It makes you spent time searching for a car and then refers you to a Dealer - where you could have go by yourself prior - so the service they provide, doesn't really exist.

GBUnfair competition and deceptive practices geared to promote dealers and demote private sellers The prices in car sale posts made by private sellers o this platform are unfairly labeled as worse than identical cars with more mileage posted by dealers. My car at $65.5K and 20,100 miles is labeled as only a "good deal $731 under", while $69K car with 29K miles and $65.5K car with 25K miles are labeled as "GREAT DEAL $$$KKK under". This is an unfair advertising policy targeted to promote dealers who pay fees for their membership and posts, vs private sellers who don't. #unfairpolicy #unfaircompetition #unfairdeceptivepractices

GBMy family was in desperate need of a … My family was in desperate need of a safe and reliable car. We were so lucky to encounter help from Andrew at Armen Chevy. He was very honest, helpful, and committed. We absolutely love our 2015 Malibu. I recommend him to anyone searching for a vehicle to fit their needs.

GBCars.com - Zero Stars! Cars.com has very poor customer service and generates very few good leads. We ran into several issues where deleted/sold vehicles would show back up for sale on their website out of the blue. We could not see them, remove them, or delete them from the backend where we have previously marked them sold. All requests to have them removed were ignored. This created confusion and made some customers angry. Hajreta Kadic in accounts receivable needs to be replaced with someone more competent and friendly. Julia Zayed as an account representative is worthless.
