GBCars.com - Zero Stars! Cars.com has very poor customer service and generates very few good leads. We ran into several issues where deleted/sold vehicles would show back up for sale on their website out of the blue. We could not see them, remove them, or delete them from the backend where we have previously marked them sold. All requests to have them removed were ignored. This created confusion and made some customers angry. Hajreta Kadic in accounts receivable needs to be replaced with someone more competent and friendly. Julia Zayed as an account representative is worthless.

GBI bought a car from Hyundai of Kirkland with good experience I bought a car from them this past weekend and the overall experience was stress free. GBPoor and getting worse Not a good guide, not transparent, too much "selling"/too many products on site. No real quality and is inefficient. Many better sites both 1st and 3rd party.

GBZero Responses Ive messaged more than 5 people about their cars, through cars.com's pre-made email messengers, and i have gotten ZERO responses. Its been around 3 Weeks, and i havent gotten any calls or emails. Very dissapointing.
