GBSogro is garbage Sogro is garbage. You fill out a profile with the hashtags your audience would typically follow and brands using similar hashtags--the idea is that Sogro will target those users to bring you a larger audience of your ideal audience. NOPE. They only target people who use hashtags like #socialmedia #socialmediamarketing #instagram and totally disregard your profile. So, you end up getting followed by a lot of bots and accounts unrelated to your business. Save the money and AVOID. If you're a Sogro user currently I recommend that you go into your settings and check "Posts you've liked" so you can see how Sogro uses bots. Total waste of money.

GBSoGro has grown two businesses and we LOVE them for it! I have two businesses on SoGro, and both have seen tremendous results. I worked with Lee today who was super knowledgable and gave us great information on growing our accounts. I couldn't have done this without them. I would highly recommend SoGro for any business that interested in growing their exposure and followers.

GBTerrible Customer Service I don't know what happened to this company. I have been with SoGro for years and recently they have changed their policy to offer NO customer support. Nothing has been done on my social media account for weeks despite me paying $40 a month. When I contacted them yesterday I was basically told no-one was going to help me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ... this is not the service it used to be

GBScam Service - Beware! Charged me for a year back in July, and since then no services have been rendered. All attempts on multiple channels to get in touch with them have been ignored. I think they've gone bust? No idea, but will be seeking Mastercard's purchase protection on this as I really feel like I've been scammed.
