Terrible Customer Service I don't know what happened to this company. I have been with SoGro for years and recently they have changed their policy to offer NO customer support. Nothing has been done on my social media account for weeks despite me paying $40 a month. When I contacted them yesterday I was basically told no-one was going to help me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ... this is not the service it used to be

Very Average, does not stand out Pretty average compared to others I've tried. Three stars because it doesn't do anything different and it lacks an auto-message feature for new followers (which other companies offer). I would not recommend this to somebody but I also wouldn't tell them to avoid -- there's worse than sogro but there is also better.

Very nice team Very nice team, works really hard for their customers Of course, there are some bumps, but after communication, All solved :) Don’t hasitate to contact them, when you have problems with growing. The team is very patient and always ready to help

Ive been a sogro customer for a year… Ive been a sogro customer for a year now, I like how professional, accurate and friendly their staff is. They check in with me on a regular basis and I can always reach someone if I have any questions. Its fantastic and supereasy to work with them and I can only recommend Sogeo!! thank you guys for all your help :)

6 months of growth I've been a client for over 6 months and it has been great to be able to focus on content creation only, and not trying to grow followers. In that we've gone from 500 followers to almost 4,000. About 3 months in we had a week where the growth slowed down and after working with support they corrected the issue quickly. Overall my experience has been fantastic and I would highly recommend reaching out to Sogro to learn more about what they can do for you.
