GBSogro is garbage Sogro is garbage. You fill out a profile with the hashtags your audience would typically follow and brands using similar hashtags--the idea is that Sogro will target those users to bring you a larger audience of your ideal audience. NOPE. They only target people who use hashtags like #socialmedia #socialmediamarketing #instagram and totally disregard your profile. So, you end up getting followed by a lot of bots and accounts unrelated to your business. Save the money and AVOID. If you're a Sogro user currently I recommend that you go into your settings and check "Posts you've liked" so you can see how Sogro uses bots. Total waste of money.

GBCan't provide the service they are charging for I've been using these guys almost a year. Up until last month I was actually really enjoying this service, then one day I noticed a load of people being unfollowed, 600 or so. I contacted them and no answer. I asked if they had changed strategy. I contacted about 4 or 5 times, eventually I got a reply saying that due to new Instagram restrictions, they can't provide the service but they are working on it. I simply replied, ok can I please have this month refunded and then terminate my subscription. Again another few days pass and then a reply saying, sorry no refunds, it's in t's & c's. IT'S ALSO IN YOUR T'S AND C'S TO PROVIDE YOUR SERVICE! I've actually had this a few times with remote companies thinking they are above common duty of care and trading standards. Called the bank, reported them for malpractice. Nice try.

TTIve been a sogro customer for a year… Ive been a sogro customer for a year now, I like how professional, accurate and friendly their staff is. They check in with me on a regular basis and I can always reach someone if I have any questions. Its fantastic and supereasy to work with them and I can only recommend Sogeo!! thank you guys for all your help :)

GBNo growth is worth getting your account compromised by Sogro Let me first say that I LOVED Sogro for months! I saw a huge amount of growth, the majority of my new followers were in my target market, and my engagement grew with my following. Sadly, a couple weeks ago I got blocked by Instagram from following new accounts. I contacted Sogro and they suggested that they pause my subscription and asked that I tell them once the block was lifted. I contacted them again about a week and a half later to say that that the block had never been lifted and ask for additional advice. Regrettably, Sogro had reactivated my account without waiting to hear from me and that had extended my block. Given their error, Sogro suggested that "At this point it might be good to cancel your membership and give it a month or so to ensure your account doesn't get compromised." No growth is worth getting your account compromised by Sogro. I'm deeply disappointed with their service and hope they didn't permanently destroy my account functionality (these blocks typically get lifted within a day or two, but my block from Sogro is going on two weeks). Clearly they know that this is an issue and that using their service can compromise your account, I just wish I'd know that before signing up with Sogro.

AUSogro have done NOTHING to grow my… Sogro have done NOTHING to grow my insta page yet I am charged for their services. I have requested a refund but no reply. Very disappointed in this company. Will not recommend to anyone.
