TTIve been a sogro customer for a year… Ive been a sogro customer for a year now, I like how professional, accurate and friendly their staff is. They check in with me on a regular basis and I can always reach someone if I have any questions. Its fantastic and supereasy to work with them and I can only recommend Sogeo!! thank you guys for all your help :)

GBTerrible Customer Service I don't know what happened to this company. I have been with SoGro for years and recently they have changed their policy to offer NO customer support. Nothing has been done on my social media account for weeks despite me paying $40 a month. When I contacted them yesterday I was basically told no-one was going to help me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ... this is not the service it used to be

GBI am about 6 weeks into using Sogro and… I am about 6 weeks into using Sogro and pretty happy with the service. My Insta follwers are growing both on my business account and my personal account (I use it for both). They promise a minimum of 200 per month and I am getting about 300 per month. And the followers appear to be staying and like lots of my photos so that is a good sign. So far so good!!!!

GBCan't provide the service they are charging for I've been using these guys almost a year. Up until last month I was actually really enjoying this service, then one day I noticed a load of people being unfollowed, 600 or so. I contacted them and no answer. I asked if they had changed strategy. I contacted about 4 or 5 times, eventually I got a reply saying that due to new Instagram restrictions, they can't provide the service but they are working on it. I simply replied, ok can I please have this month refunded and then terminate my subscription. Again another few days pass and then a reply saying, sorry no refunds, it's in t's & c's. IT'S ALSO IN YOUR T'S AND C'S TO PROVIDE YOUR SERVICE! I've actually had this a few times with remote companies thinking they are above common duty of care and trading standards. Called the bank, reported them for malpractice. Nice try.
