GB6 months of growth I've been a client for over 6 months and it has been great to be able to focus on content creation only, and not trying to grow followers. In that we've gone from 500 followers to almost 4,000. About 3 months in we had a week where the growth slowed down and after working with support they corrected the issue quickly. GBTerrible Customer Service I don't know what happened to this company. I have been with SoGro for years and recently they have changed their policy to offer NO customer support. Nothing has been done on my social media account for weeks despite me paying $40 a month. When I contacted them yesterday I was basically told no-one was going to help me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ... this is not the service it used to be

GBCan't provide the service they are charging for I've been using these guys almost a year. Up until last month I was actually really enjoying this service, then one day I noticed a load of people being unfollowed, 600 or so. I contacted them and no answer. I asked if they had changed strategy. I contacted about 4 or 5 times, eventually I got a reply saying that due to new Instagram restrictions, they can't provide the service but they are working on it. I simply replied, ok can I please have this month refunded and then terminate my subscription. Again another few days pass and then a reply saying, sorry no refunds, it's in t's & c's. IT'S ALSO IN YOUR T'S AND C'S TO PROVIDE YOUR SERVICE! I've actually had this a few times with remote companies thinking they are above common duty of care and trading standards. Called the bank, reported them for malpractice. Nice try.

GBExcellent service Excellent, precise customer service and they do a great job. Don’t believe the negative reviews- those are just disgruntled people that don’t understand social media. In order for the people at sogro do their best you need to have decent content. No random life pictures that don’t compete with all the noise (ads) and quality accounts on instagram. If you have good content, sogro will help your account take off!
