Worst company I've dealt with in my life!! Our experience with Harbortouch was terrible from the beginning. The programmers kept screwing up our inventory. It took 4 attempts before we had something acceptable. Then they shipped us the wrong system. At this time I tried to cancel the order. The salesman talked me into giving them another shot. When they shipped out the new system, we ended up getting a case of receipt paper instead. By the time the proper hardware was installed, several months had gone by. We never could get it to work properly, and now they want to charge us an early termination fee. This company is a complete joke! Don't waste your time. My 1-star review is generous.

Awesome experience as long as you do… Awesome experience as long as you do the hardware install yourself! Beware the fine print. However, the hardware install is relatively easy and they will provide you with excellent phone customer service if you get stuck. The POS is amazing and runs excellent. Nothing but great and positive results 30 days in!

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. After being bounced from one rep to another five times to try and solve a problem, I get told it will need to be "escalated" to a higher tech level. That is harbertouch speak for, " we don't know what the hell we're doing. I get an official ticket number and told someone will call me back. That is a joke !!, Over the past several months I have been given at least a dozen " escalation ticket numbers" and never, and I mean never, has anyone called me back. I am having to start over with a new company.

I like Harbortouch as a user I like Harbortouch as a user. I find it easy to operate and find all the information I need in our daily operations. The technical staff are very friendly and helpful, but haven't always been able to solve our issues. With the new upgrade with Lighthouse Reporting, we had many balancing issues, but have managed to get these rectified. As of this time, we still have no idea what caused our unbalanced reports, nor did the technical staff, but it seems to be solved now.
