GBRecommend for any start-up! We've been using SocialUpgrade for our new business and have had a great experience so far! We get an average of 150 new followers a week and plenty of engagement on our posts. The SocialUpgrade team is extremely quick to respond to emails, and always on stand-by to address any concerns that we may have. It's a super easy and efficient way to grow your brand on social media!

GBThey have great customer service They have great customer service. The accounts they interact me with aren’t the best though. I do get followers, however most of the time its weird accounts from India or something. I also don’t want to interact with male accounts but I guess there’s no way to target the audience more. Overall you will get followers, quality on the other hand is questionable half the time.

GBI've had a pretty good experience so far not the best but ive definetly seen growth I've had a pretty good experience. I'm an aspiring hip-hop artist that went from 140 followers to over 2000..but gradually gained over time... the people that follow me isn't necessarily my target audience but I'm still satisfied. I think for $40 a month I would like to see a little more growth. also I noticed that my followers don't like my pictures consistently (its always new people) which means when I stop paying the (likes) will stop as well

GBGood but missing features To start, I definitely feel like social upgrade has helped quite a bit. What I really wish I got got out of social upgrade was a more customizable experience. I wish I was able to create my own account, in which I was able to go in and change out my own target hashtags and related accounts. Also a feature maybe to target more of a specific age range.

GBThe customer service is the worst I… The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. There is no way to contact a real person. If you want to cancel your subscription you will need to go through your bank. I have received countless generic emails as answers to questions on my account. As a customer I feel extremely disrespected. Some of the emails ask for reviews, so I am following through on their request. Begging your paying customers for reviews is both pathetic and tacky. I’m not impressed. Karma.
