SocialUpgrade is great SocialUpgrade is great! I honestly would give them a 5 star if it weren’t for the random liking. They like really creepy old men pictures and I’m a makeup account strictly for business. It’s a little awkward and I get not only unwanted attention and messages because of me basically liking there photos but also my friends and clients seeing me liking these photos. I wish they would fix that and only like relevant things or anything other than random old men 😅 anyways other than that I’m very happy with the service

Fast followers but not great quality ones I have gained a good amount of followers quickly but many seem to be from a lot of foreign countries that may not be the most beneficial target for my brand. I wish there was a way to get better targeted demographics. Some of the profiles that follow me also look like spam which I feel is a give away of me buying my followers.

They have great customer service They have great customer service. The accounts they interact me with aren’t the best though. I do get followers, however most of the time its weird accounts from India or something. I also don’t want to interact with male accounts but I guess there’s no way to target the audience more. Overall you will get followers, quality on the other hand is questionable half the time.

Been trying to get in touch with this… Been trying to get in touch with this company ALL week - no responses to any of my emails. They were targeting a market that is highly questionable and not in line with my business. Requested for a refund, still no response. About ready to go to a lawyer. Still NO refund - they’ll be hearing from my lawyer by tomorrow if I don’t receive one today.
