Been trying to get in touch with this… Been trying to get in touch with this company ALL week - no responses to any of my emails. They were targeting a market that is highly questionable and not in line with my business. Requested for a refund, still no response. About ready to go to a lawyer. Still NO refund - they’ll be hearing from my lawyer by tomorrow if I don’t receive one today.

SocialUpgrade is great SocialUpgrade is great! I honestly would give them a 5 star if it weren’t for the random liking. They like really creepy old men pictures and I’m a makeup account strictly for business. It’s a little awkward and I get not only unwanted attention and messages because of me basically liking there photos but also my friends and clients seeing me liking these photos. I wish they would fix that and only like relevant things or anything other than random old men 😅 anyways other than that I’m very happy with the service

Fast followers but not great quality ones I have gained a good amount of followers quickly but many seem to be from a lot of foreign countries that may not be the most beneficial target for my brand. I wish there was a way to get better targeted demographics. Some of the profiles that follow me also look like spam which I feel is a give away of me buying my followers.

They have great customer service They have great customer service. The accounts they interact me with aren’t the best though. I do get followers, however most of the time its weird accounts from India or something. I also don’t want to interact with male accounts but I guess there’s no way to target the audience more. Overall you will get followers, quality on the other hand is questionable half the time.
