Fast followers but not great quality ones I have gained a good amount of followers quickly but many seem to be from a lot of foreign countries that may not be the most beneficial target for my brand. I wish there was a way to get better targeted demographics. Some of the profiles that follow me also look like spam which I feel is a give away of me buying my followers.

Good, but needs work I don’t think they are mindful of the accounts they have you follow or pictures that they like on your behalf. I have seen inappropriate pages that showed porn or penis pics that were liked on my behalf and gave these accounts the wrong idea and they felt they could contact me inappropriately. I think they need to stick to finding accounts that have the same interests as shown on your page. Other than that, the followers are real and active.

$15 Facebook likes sent to wrong business I paid $15 for Facebook likes and they sent it to the wrong social media page and even after sending them the correct link they still never refunded my money. I’m ticked that I paid for somebody else’s business.

Great but needs improvement Hi! We have seen growth but what would be even better is if the customer had a platform to refer back to. This way, they can access this information whenever and on their own to track the growth periodically. In this digital age, it seems uneasy to spend monthly without being able to see the results directly versus reaching out to an account manager who sends it to you once requested. A few suggestions: - Create a platform for customers to view, track & tweak hashtags/accounts - Send an automated weekly or monthly report Otherwise: - Great value, well priced service but I wish receiving results were more in my hands rather the account manager.

Money wasted! Scam!!! Paid USD$39, did not see any significant result in 2 weeks and decided to request for a refund. They promised to issue the refund and allegedly said "refund processed". Checked with my bank twice after 3 weeks and did not find any transaction coming from them!!! Very smart lier!!!
