Good but missing features To start, I definitely feel like social upgrade has helped quite a bit. What I really wish I got got out of social upgrade was a more customizable experience. I wish I was able to create my own account, in which I was able to go in and change out my own target hashtags and related accounts. Also a feature maybe to target more of a specific age range.

Fast followers but not great quality ones I have gained a good amount of followers quickly but many seem to be from a lot of foreign countries that may not be the most beneficial target for my brand. I wish there was a way to get better targeted demographics. Some of the profiles that follow me also look like spam which I feel is a give away of me buying my followers.

Will cause you to be banned on insta Do not use!!! I allowed access to my page and their actions caused me to be blocked from liking for 48 hours. I changed my password and they continued charging me and never reached out to regain access and continue their supposed service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Money wasted! Scam!!! Paid USD$39, did not see any significant result in 2 weeks and decided to request for a refund. They promised to issue the refund and allegedly said "refund processed". Checked with my bank twice after 3 weeks and did not find any transaction coming from them!!! Very smart lier!!!
