SocialUpgrade is great SocialUpgrade is great! I honestly would give them a 5 star if it weren’t for the random liking. They like really creepy old men pictures and I’m a makeup account strictly for business. It’s a little awkward and I get not only unwanted attention and messages because of me basically liking there photos but also my friends and clients seeing me liking these photos. I wish they would fix that and only like relevant things or anything other than random old men 😅 anyways other than that I’m very happy with the service

i experimented with the adding friends… i experimented with the adding friends (follow unfollow) method of gaining followers. in an hours worth of work on my own i gained 100+ in a few days. real interactive people who appreciate my artwork. nothing scammy. with Socialupgrade, in a week, paying for their most expensive service, i gained 27 followers. thats it. when i contacted their team they made excuses and said the accounts i gave them to target were private. they are most definitely not. i can see that with my own two eyes do not waste your money. this is a scam and their excuses were alarming as they were untrue (the accounts were not private). highly unprofessional. you can do more in 15 minutes of work then paying for their $100 a month service

Great but needs improvement Hi! We have seen growth but what would be even better is if the customer had a platform to refer back to. This way, they can access this information whenever and on their own to track the growth periodically. In this digital age, it seems uneasy to spend monthly without being able to see the results directly versus reaching out to an account manager who sends it to you once requested. A few suggestions: - Create a platform for customers to view, track & tweak hashtags/accounts - Send an automated weekly or monthly report Otherwise: - Great value, well priced service but I wish receiving results were more in my hands rather the account manager.

Avoid avoid avoid Avoid avoid avoid! Not only did I not gain any real followers but upon cancelling their subscription their service has ruined my brands Instagram account permanently with a constant influx of fake bot accounts coming every few days. I go from 1500 fake followers down to 1000 then suddenly back up again on repeat. This is happening after they emailed suggesting I let them 'send 1000 inactive followers so people are more likely to follow me when they see my account' - I never replied to this email but they went ahead and done it anyway and now my account is messed up and full of bots.

Our social account is GROWING Our social account has shown some wonderful growth! I think much of that is due to SocialUpgrade, though I wish I had a way to keep tabs on what is going on in the background-- this is the only reason I'm not giving it 5-stars; I can't really tell how much is due to SocialUpgrade vs. our other account building techniques. It is way better than the other services we've used for this however, I can tell that much! so I would definitely recommend!
