Our social account is GROWING Our social account has shown some wonderful growth! I think much of that is due to SocialUpgrade, though I wish I had a way to keep tabs on what is going on in the background-- this is the only reason I'm not giving it 5-stars; I can't really tell how much is due to SocialUpgrade vs. our other account building techniques. It is way better than the other services we've used for this however, I can tell that much! so I would definitely recommend!

Good, but needs work I don’t think they are mindful of the accounts they have you follow or pictures that they like on your behalf. I have seen inappropriate pages that showed porn or penis pics that were liked on my behalf and gave these accounts the wrong idea and they felt they could contact me inappropriately. I think they need to stick to finding accounts that have the same interests as shown on your page. Other than that, the followers are real and active.

SocialUpgrade is great SocialUpgrade is great! I honestly would give them a 5 star if it weren’t for the random liking. They like really creepy old men pictures and I’m a makeup account strictly for business. It’s a little awkward and I get not only unwanted attention and messages because of me basically liking there photos but also my friends and clients seeing me liking these photos. I wish they would fix that and only like relevant things or anything other than random old men 😅 anyways other than that I’m very happy with the service

Been trying to get in touch with this… Been trying to get in touch with this company ALL week - no responses to any of my emails. They were targeting a market that is highly questionable and not in line with my business. Requested for a refund, still no response. About ready to go to a lawyer. Still NO refund - they’ll be hearing from my lawyer by tomorrow if I don’t receive one today.

Good but missing features To start, I definitely feel like social upgrade has helped quite a bit. What I really wish I got got out of social upgrade was a more customizable experience. I wish I was able to create my own account, in which I was able to go in and change out my own target hashtags and related accounts. Also a feature maybe to target more of a specific age range.
