Not only did I not gain any real followers but upon cancelling their subscription their service has ruined my brands Instagram account permanently with a constant influx of fake bot accounts coming every few days. I go from 1500 fake followers down to 1000 then suddenly back up again on repeat. This is happening after they emailed suggesting I let them 'send 1000 inactive followers so people are more likely to follow me when they see my account' - I never replied to this email but they went ahead and done it anyway and now my account is messed up and full of bots.

The customer service is the worst I… The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. There is no way to contact a real person. If you want to cancel your subscription you will need to go through your bank. I have received countless generic emails as answers to questions on my account. As a customer I feel extremely disrespected. Some of the emails ask for reviews, so I am following through on their request. Begging your paying customers for reviews is both pathetic and tacky. I’m not impressed. Karma.

I'm an aspiring hip-hop artist that went from 140 followers to over 2000..but gradually gained over time... the people that follow me isn't necessarily my target audience but I'm still satisfied. I think for $40 a month I would like to see a little more growth. also I noticed that my followers don't like my pictures consistently (its always new people) which means when I stop paying the (likes) will stop as well

Money wasted! Scam!!! Paid USD$39, did not see any significant result in 2 weeks and decided to request for a refund. They promised to issue the refund and allegedly said "refund processed". Checked with my bank twice after 3 weeks and did not find any transaction coming from them!!! Very smart lier!!!
