The customer service is the worst I… The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. There is no way to contact a real person. If you want to cancel your subscription you will need to go through your bank. I have received countless generic emails as answers to questions on my account. As a customer I feel extremely disrespected. Some of the emails ask for reviews, so I am following through on their request. Begging your paying customers for reviews is both pathetic and tacky. I’m not impressed. Karma.

I changed my password and they continued charging me and never reached out to regain access and continue their supposed service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Good, but needs work I don’t think they are mindful of the accounts they have you follow or pictures that they like on your behalf. I have seen inappropriate pages that showed porn or penis pics that were liked on my behalf and gave these accounts the wrong idea and they felt they could contact me inappropriately. I think they need to stick to finding accounts that have the same interests as shown on your page. Other than that, the followers are real and active.

Been trying to get in touch with this… Been trying to get in touch with this company ALL week - no responses to any of my emails. They were targeting a market that is highly questionable and not in line with my business. Requested for a refund, still no response. About ready to go to a lawyer. Still NO refund - they’ll be hearing from my lawyer by tomorrow if I don’t receive one today.
