Good, but needs work I don’t think they are mindful of the accounts they have you follow or pictures that they like on your behalf. I have seen inappropriate pages that showed porn or penis pics that were liked on my behalf and gave these accounts the wrong idea and they felt they could contact me inappropriately. I think they need to stick to finding accounts that have the same interests as shown on your page. Other than that, the followers are real and active.

The customer service is the worst I… The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. There is no way to contact a real person. If you want to cancel your subscription you will need to go through your bank. I have received countless generic emails as answers to questions on my account. As a customer I feel extremely disrespected. Some of the emails ask for reviews, so I am following through on their request. Begging your paying customers for reviews is both pathetic and tacky. I’m not impressed. Karma.

I've had a pretty good experience so far not the best but ive definetly seen growth I've had a pretty good experience. I'm an aspiring hip-hop artist that went from 140 followers to over 2000..but gradually gained over time... the people that follow me isn't necessarily my target audience but I'm still satisfied. I think for $40 a month I would like to see a little more growth. also I noticed that my followers don't like my pictures consistently (its always new people) which means when I stop paying the (likes) will stop as well

Our social account is GROWING Our social account has shown some wonderful growth! I think much of that is due to SocialUpgrade, though I wish I had a way to keep tabs on what is going on in the background-- this is the only reason I'm not giving it 5-stars; I can't really tell how much is due to SocialUpgrade vs. our other account building techniques. It is way better than the other services we've used for this however, I can tell that much! so I would definitely recommend!
