GBGood, but needs work I don’t think they are mindful of the accounts they have you follow or pictures that they like on your behalf. I have seen inappropriate pages that showed porn or penis pics that were liked on my behalf and gave these accounts the wrong idea and they felt they could contact me inappropriately. I think they need to stick to finding accounts that have the same interests as shown on your page. Other than that, the followers are real and active.

GBI've had a pretty good experience so far not the best but ive definetly seen growth I've had a pretty good experience. I'm an aspiring hip-hop artist that went from 140 followers to over 2000..but gradually gained over time... the people that follow me isn't necessarily my target audience but I'm still satisfied. I think for $40 a month I would like to see a little more growth. also I noticed that my followers don't like my pictures consistently (its always new people) which means when I stop paying the (likes) will stop as well

GBAvoid avoid avoid Avoid avoid avoid! Not only did I not gain any real followers but upon cancelling their subscription their service has ruined my brands Instagram account permanently with a constant influx of fake bot accounts coming every few days. I go from 1500 fake followers down to 1000 then suddenly back up again on repeat. This is happening after they emailed suggesting I let them 'send 1000 inactive followers so people are more likely to follow me when they see my account' - I never replied to this email but they went ahead and done it anyway and now my account is messed up and full of bots.

GBGreat but needs improvement Hi! We have seen growth but what would be even better is if the customer had a platform to refer back to. This way, they can access this information whenever and on their own to track the growth periodically. In this digital age, it seems uneasy to spend monthly without being able to see the results directly versus reaching out to an account manager who sends it to you once requested. A few suggestions: - Create a platform for customers to view, track & tweak hashtags/accounts - Send an automated weekly or monthly report Otherwise: - Great value, well priced service but I wish receiving results were more in my hands rather the account manager.

GBOur social account is GROWING Our social account has shown some wonderful growth! I think much of that is due to SocialUpgrade, though I wish I had a way to keep tabs on what is going on in the background-- this is the only reason I'm not giving it 5-stars; I can't really tell how much is due to SocialUpgrade vs. our other account building techniques. It is way better than the other services we've used for this however, I can tell that much! so I would definitely recommend!
