USThe customer service is the worst I… The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. There is no way to contact a real person. If you want to cancel your subscription you will need to go through your bank. I have received countless generic emails as answers to questions on my account. As a customer I feel extremely disrespected. Some of the emails ask for reviews, so I am following through on their request. Begging your paying customers for reviews is both pathetic and tacky. I’m not impressed. Karma.

USSocialUpgrade is great SocialUpgrade is great! I honestly would give them a 5 star if it weren’t for the random liking. They like really creepy old men pictures and I’m a makeup account strictly for business. It’s a little awkward and I get not only unwanted attention and messages because of me basically liking there photos but also my friends and clients seeing me liking these photos. I wish they would fix that and only like relevant things or anything other than random old men 😅 anyways other than that I’m very happy with the service

US100 Genuine followers about every 2-3… 100 Genuine followers about every 2-3 weeks. Steady growth, but not as fast as expected. Tried the "turbo" option before and had even less follower growth. Tried changing hashtags but kept getting a different person emailing me back and no change. Cancelled that and gave them one more chance. So far ok... Pleased but not exstatic.

USOur social account is GROWING Our social account has shown some wonderful growth! I think much of that is due to SocialUpgrade, though I wish I had a way to keep tabs on what is going on in the background-- this is the only reason I'm not giving it 5-stars; I can't really tell how much is due to SocialUpgrade vs. our other account building techniques. It is way better than the other services we've used for this however, I can tell that much! so I would definitely recommend!

USGreat but needs improvement Hi! We have seen growth but what would be even better is if the customer had a platform to refer back to. This way, they can access this information whenever and on their own to track the growth periodically. In this digital age, it seems uneasy to spend monthly without being able to see the results directly versus reaching out to an account manager who sends it to you once requested. A few suggestions: - Create a platform for customers to view, track & tweak hashtags/accounts - Send an automated weekly or monthly report Otherwise: - Great value, well priced service but I wish receiving results were more in my hands rather the account manager.
