Our social account is GROWING Our social account has shown some wonderful growth! I think much of that is due to SocialUpgrade, though I wish I had a way to keep tabs on what is going on in the background-- this is the only reason I'm not giving it 5-stars; I can't really tell how much is due to SocialUpgrade vs. our other account building techniques. It is way better than the other services we've used for this however, I can tell that much! so I would definitely recommend!

They have great customer service They have great customer service. The accounts they interact me with aren’t the best though. I do get followers, however most of the time its weird accounts from India or something. I also don’t want to interact with male accounts but I guess there’s no way to target the audience more. Overall you will get followers, quality on the other hand is questionable half the time.

Fast followers but not great quality ones I have gained a good amount of followers quickly but many seem to be from a lot of foreign countries that may not be the most beneficial target for my brand. I wish there was a way to get better targeted demographics. Some of the profiles that follow me also look like spam which I feel is a give away of me buying my followers.

$15 Facebook likes sent to wrong business I paid $15 for Facebook likes and they sent it to the wrong social media page and even after sending them the correct link they still never refunded my money. I’m ticked that I paid for somebody else’s business.
