GBAwful company to deal with. Don't bother. Companies like Verifone are happy to take all your personal information and then refuse to offer a service without any remit. They pretend to operate in the UK but if you actually apply for a card terminal you are in dealing with the German part of the company. I have had go to the ICO and the FCA as I want answers. The crux of the issue is that companies like this promise the Earth and basically harvest your personal information. I have formally asked the reason for refusal and to have all my personal info removed off their systems. So far they have refused or hid behind German law that means nothing in the UK as we are no longer in the EU!

GBDon't waste your money! Ive used this took before and after photos. This is a scam nothing changed. This product doesn't work don't buy it wasted money time and hopes on it . wow and it dent have English instructions on container. When we make products in US we put other languages on containers. Wasted money and time seen Zero results!!

MKVERIFONE has a bad partner! 2checkout.com VERIFONE has a bad partner! Why did you buy www 2checkout com? Disgusting company. And apparently, there are a lot of fraudulent transactions. 2checkout.com gave me big problems. Inquiries are answered in a few days. I wrote down everything that happened in detail. But there is still no solution. And again there is no response from technical support for several days. Who can help me from VERIFONE ???

EGno service- timewasters no service- timewasters they just ignore you after asking for LOADS of info and details and papers and BECOME UNRESPONSIVE COMPLETELY. Only got canned replies; extremely hostile in their replies and after my complaints here THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT! update: proof of their incompetence; their canned reply here was (Please reply to our latest email, in order for the review process to be resumed.) to which I replied already 5 times for over two weeks with no response!!!!!!! update 2: I did not receive anything- all your side became unresponsive - you then CLOSED the account - not truthful or business like. GLAD I LEFT!

GBProducts are solid but support has always been poor We have been a Verifone customer for several years and while the products are secure and industry-leading, poor support has always been a constant of this company no matter who owned. The current owners (Francisco Partners) have done nothing to improved the situation. Always long hold times, always CSRs that don't understand the products. The call center is Filipino-staffed and while they are not too difficult to understand when they speak - Verifone seems to not put much effort into training.
