One of the best cashback sites I've ever used I’ve been using cashback sites for as long as I can remember. I discovered Lemoney last year and have been using it ever since as it quickly became my favorite. Their cashback rates are impressive and they have a way to increase it even more with Turbo. In addition, their customer service is exceptional and they reply quickly. I requested a payout last week and the process was easy and painless. Highly recommended.

Customer service has totally disappeared They must have laid off their entire customer service team. It is impossible to reach them (have tried email, ticket on their site, facebook, chat, etc). Have not received promised "turbo credit". They responded to the BBB complaint I filed saying it was credited (it wasn't) then stopped responding to them too.

I've been trying to contact them… I've been trying to contact them regarding cashback on a purchase and I've had no luck whatsoever. It's been about a month now.. I keep submitting tickets, e-mailing support. No replies. One ticket was closed for seemingly no reason. I won't be using them anymore.

Lemoney consistently offers high… Lemoney consistently offers high cashback and additional bonuses through the Turbo Credit feature! For some retailers, I've gotten far more higher cashback than other cash back sites. The payout is also really quick so far, and I had no problems with tracking at all as of now. I only hope Lemoney will have more retailers partners in the future so I can do all my online shopping through them.
