BROne of the best cashback sites I've ever used I’ve been using cashback sites for as long as I can remember. I discovered Lemoney last year and have been using it ever since as it quickly became my favorite. Their cashback rates are impressive and they have a way to increase it even more with Turbo. In addition, their customer service is exceptional and they reply quickly. I requested a payout last week and the process was easy and painless. Highly recommended.

GBPayout process is fine and cash back… Payout process is fine and cash back rate is usually (not always) competitive. Earning turbo credits is near impossible if you don’t have friends who want to participate. I got an insurance quote that should have triggered a credit, but never did.

GBLemoney consistently offers high… Lemoney consistently offers high cashback and additional bonuses through the Turbo Credit feature! For some retailers, I've gotten far more higher cashback than other cash back sites. The payout is also really quick so far, and I had no problems with tracking at all as of now. I only hope Lemoney will have more retailers partners in the future so I can do all my online shopping through them.

GBMonths of back and forth with no payment, now blaming on COVID I have been corresponding with support @lemoney.com for a couple months now to resolve a non-payment issue. I have provided all the information requested. They are now blaming the slow processing on COVID-19. Well they didn't process my payment for months prior to the Coronavirus. It seems like support @lemoney.com just keeps making new excuses to not pay me out. It seems like so many reviewers here have the same story. That is a huge red flag, when so many customers report the same issues. I have used many different cash back sites and this is the only one ever that has not paid me out.

GBCustomer Support Unresponsive We've had missing cashback for nearly 7 months. We've reached out to the team numerous times, once receiving a rude response, and since then, no responses whatsoever. Yes, we've reached out to the support email address they keep responding to these reviews with as well and they've been unresponsive. This is not the way to manage customer support, and checking in on missing cashback after 7 months is not unreasonable.
