GBCustomer service has totally disappeared They must have laid off their entire customer service team. It is impossible to reach them (have tried email, ticket on their site, facebook, chat, etc). Have not received promised "turbo credit". They responded to the BBB complaint I filed saying it was credited (it wasn't) then stopped responding to them too.

GBI'm really happy to have discovered… I'm really happy to have discovered Lemoney. When comparing earning rates via cashbackmonitor.com - Lemoney generally has one of the best rates. I don't do everything to get more turbo credits - but their rate with just 1-2 turbos - makes a huge difference in my annual savigns.

GBready to go under? I used to consistently get cashback without issue from this website, now it is impossible after the recent 5 transactions. And based on other recent reviewers that failed to get a response from them, I can only assume they are about to cease to exist. If you value your hard earned money, take it elsewhere.

GBPayout process is fine and cash back… Payout process is fine and cash back rate is usually (not always) competitive. Earning turbo credits is near impossible if you don’t have friends who want to participate. I got an insurance quote that should have triggered a credit, but never did.

GBI've been trying to contact them… I've been trying to contact them regarding cashback on a purchase and I've had no luck whatsoever. It's been about a month now.. I keep submitting tickets, e-mailing support. No replies. One ticket was closed for seemingly no reason. I won't be using them anymore.
