GBI've been trying to contact them… I've been trying to contact them regarding cashback on a purchase and I've had no luck whatsoever. It's been about a month now.. I keep submitting tickets, e-mailing support. No replies. One ticket was closed for seemingly no reason. I won't be using them anymore.

GBLemoney makes unreasonable excuses to not pay you! What everyone else is saying about the company is correct. They make all kinds of excuses to NOT pay your hard earned cashback. When I inquired about the status of my last cash back deposit request that has been in analysis for over 2 months, they demanded a copy of my passport. I am not giving up my private information to a company that does not have any level of integrity. If you want to survive in this business, please provide cashback to customers as promised.

GBMarked my account as fraud to refuse my cashback payout I have been using Lemoney for a few years without any problems. I tried to redeem my money for the first time over a month ago. My redemption is still in pending without any update. The only communication I have received is an recent email accusing me of opening an fraudulant account and to send them my personal and financial details along with a copy of my ID. This site is a scam. They will try any means to not pay out your cashback. Avoid!

GBCustomer Support Unresponsive We've had missing cashback for nearly 7 months. We've reached out to the team numerous times, once receiving a rude response, and since then, no responses whatsoever. Yes, we've reached out to the support email address they keep responding to these reviews with as well and they've been unresponsive. This is not the way to manage customer support, and checking in on missing cashback after 7 months is not unreasonable.

GBMonths of back and forth with no payment, now blaming on COVID I have been corresponding with support @lemoney.com for a couple months now to resolve a non-payment issue. I have provided all the information requested. They are now blaming the slow processing on COVID-19. Well they didn't process my payment for months prior to the Coronavirus. It seems like support @lemoney.com just keeps making new excuses to not pay me out. It seems like so many reviewers here have the same story. That is a huge red flag, when so many customers report the same issues. I have used many different cash back sites and this is the only one ever that has not paid me out.
