For some retailers, I've gotten far more higher cashback than other cash back sites. The payout is also really quick so far, and I had no problems with tracking at all as of now. I only hope Lemoney will have more retailers partners in the future so I can do all my online shopping through them.

Months of back and forth with no payment, now blaming on COVID I have been corresponding with support @lemoney.com for a couple months now to resolve a non-payment issue. I have provided all the information requested. They are now blaming the slow processing on COVID-19. Well they didn't process my payment for months prior to the Coronavirus. It seems like support @lemoney.com just keeps making new excuses to not pay me out. It seems like so many reviewers here have the same story. That is a huge red flag, when so many customers report the same issues. I have used many different cash back sites and this is the only one ever that has not paid me out.

My redemption is still in pending without any update. The only communication I have received is an recent email accusing me of opening an fraudulant account and to send them my personal and financial details along with a copy of my ID. This site is a scam. They will try any means to not pay out your cashback. Avoid!
