Frustrating and Regrettable Experience - DO NOT USE They don't respond to inquiries and then close the inquiry because it sat for so long without a response. Meanwhile, they owe me almost $200. Unsure if they're incompetent or just thieves. Use any other service.

Months of back and forth with no payment, now blaming on COVID I have been corresponding with support @lemoney.com for a couple months now to resolve a non-payment issue. I have provided all the information requested. They are now blaming the slow processing on COVID-19. Well they didn't process my payment for months prior to the Coronavirus. It seems like support @lemoney.com just keeps making new excuses to not pay me out. It seems like so many reviewers here have the same story. That is a huge red flag, when so many customers report the same issues. I have used many different cash back sites and this is the only one ever that has not paid me out.

Marked my account as fraud to refuse my cashback payout I have been using Lemoney for a few years without any problems. I tried to redeem my money for the first time over a month ago. My redemption is still in pending without any update. The only communication I have received is an recent email accusing me of opening an fraudulant account and to send them my personal and financial details along with a copy of my ID. This site is a scam. They will try any means to not pay out your cashback. Avoid!

Customer Support Unresponsive We've had missing cashback for nearly 7 months. We've reached out to the team numerous times, once receiving a rude response, and since then, no responses whatsoever. Yes, we've reached out to the support email address they keep responding to these reviews with as well and they've been unresponsive. This is not the way to manage customer support, and checking in on missing cashback after 7 months is not unreasonable.

Shopping can be even more fun I used my turbo credit at walmart.com. With my turbo credit I got much greater return for my purchase. Most purchases with turbo credits are the highest percentage you can receive from any shopping sight. I recommend shopping through LeMoney.
