They are scams be careful Very horrible been trying to contact support for 3 days now I need to change my payeer id I put yours mistakenly . then I tried using perfect money but still did not receive my withdrawal #note scam!!!!!!!! It doesn't pay

Customer service has totally disappeared They must have laid off their entire customer service team. It is impossible to reach them (have tried email, ticket on their site, facebook, chat, etc). Have not received promised "turbo credit". They responded to the BBB complaint I filed saying it was credited (it wasn't) then stopped responding to them too.

Months of back and forth with no payment, now blaming on COVID I have been corresponding with support @lemoney.com for a couple months now to resolve a non-payment issue. I have provided all the information requested. They are now blaming the slow processing on COVID-19. Well they didn't process my payment for months prior to the Coronavirus. It seems like support @lemoney.com just keeps making new excuses to not pay me out. It seems like so many reviewers here have the same story. That is a huge red flag, when so many customers report the same issues. I have used many different cash back sites and this is the only one ever that has not paid me out.

Lemoney makes unreasonable excuses to not pay you! What everyone else is saying about the company is correct. They make all kinds of excuses to NOT pay your hard earned cashback. When I inquired about the status of my last cash back deposit request that has been in analysis for over 2 months, they demanded a copy of my passport. I am not giving up my private information to a company that does not have any level of integrity. If you want to survive in this business, please provide cashback to customers as promised.

For some retailers, I've gotten far more higher cashback than other cash back sites. The payout is also really quick so far, and I had no problems with tracking at all as of now. I only hope Lemoney will have more retailers partners in the future so I can do all my online shopping through them.
