This customer support person is amazing! He needs a raise! This customer support person is an asset to Accupos. So interested and willing to help. Patient and so friendly. Please pass along our review to this representative. He should be rewarded! You don't get technical support at this 5 star level anymore these days but we did today! Thank you

AccuPOS is difficult to set up. What I need: 1. A technical manual, so I can setup maximum amounts, configure tables and orders, sales tax, etc. 2. I found 6 year old YouTube user training videos, unfit for training our staff because the screens look very different. We need updated videos. 3. A chat channel with the AccuPOS help desk.

Had some issues with getting in touch… Had some issues with getting in touch with the help desk a couple of times. The wait time was somewhere from 30 - 60 minutes on two different Saturdays. During the week the wait time is not as bad but it could still use some assistance. Once I was able to get a person on the phone EVERY TIME the individuals were very nice and helpful.

The signature capture is not ideal The signature capture is not ideal. One cannot email a customer a signed copy of what is purchased. Just a signature with a transaction number (which is not the same as the receipt/invoice number). Printing a transaction number and an invoice number on a receipt only causes confusion. They should be the same number. If for whatever reason the IP address changes on the server, a terminal, or a PIPO customer display everything gets complicated and requires a call to support.

I can't get no satisfaction. 1st up, AccuPOS started billing my monthly fees before I received the computer I purchased from them to use the software on. That should have been a sign. I received my beautiful Wintec unit with a built in customer screen and very attractive white modern housing. I was quite impressed. That was January of 2021. We started to try to get the system up and running. I spent hours on the phone with patient and friendly support staff who accessed my computer remotely to set things up. But we never got it working. Turns out that my Sage50 system is not a match for the AccuPOS system, and I was not willing to pay the large sum (annual fee) to upgrade my Sage50 to enable the software to integrate with AccuPOS. That was April of 2021. I returned my unit to AccuPOS, and it was delivered by Canada Post on April 23rd. I wrote to them again several times, most lately today, September 3rd, 2021, asking to please send the refund. They owe me a total of $2161 US. They told me a cheque would be mailed on June 16th. I guess my next step is to contact a lawyer.
