Shady company - WARNING!! They would not tell me their company information for my book-keeping. Not even their country of origin... so this tells me they don't have honest intentions. Therefore I deleted my account. I actually thought of blocking my creditcard, since this behaviour got me nervous. But didn't. But seems I should have. 2 Weeks after I bought a service from them my card have been hacked and several suspensions transactions were tried on my card! Luckily my bank acted fast and no transactions came trough! Cannot not know for sure it was Gramto, but 99% sure of it!

Awful. Avoid. Good when it works, but every month my account was shown as 'expired' even though payments had been taken from my account. Contacting support is slow and often they don't reply at all/for several days. Even when they do sort the issue you lose days of service that you've paid for. No option to cancel and no reply when you contact support requesting cancellation. AVOID!

I would give it ZERO stars if possible I would give it ZERO stars if possible. There is no way to cancel your subscription + your IG account is at a huge risk.

Terrible Terrible. I've been trying to set up the Auto Like function but no luck. Their documentation is out of date, including written instructions as well as screenshots, so it doesn't help. They recommend using a private proxy if I reside outside of the location where their servers are, but no documentation as to where their servers are. There's misspellings ("recieve" and your vs. you're) everywhere. Totally agree with other reviews here that this a scam not run by actual people who care about their product.

BIG problems with the new version 7 Before the new version 7, I was really happy with Gramto. But with the new version I have experienced A LOT of problems. I have tried troubleshooting with their team during a month, and no result. Abdullah y Salih seems to be bots that put you into an infinite loop of frustration. The customer service is really bad nowdays. So unfortunately I can't recommend this tool anymore.
