Awful. Avoid. Good when it works, but every month my account was shown as 'expired' even though payments had been taken from my account. Contacting support is slow and often they don't reply at all/for several days. Even when they do sort the issue you lose days of service that you've paid for. No option to cancel and no reply when you contact support requesting cancellation. AVOID!

OJO, es una estafa. No dejen sus datos. Si te contactas con ellos, te contestan bots o dejan de contestarte directamente. Tengo todas las capturas. I had to cancel my credit card and ask for a new one, because they automatically charge randomly even if you are not using the service. Its a scam. Do not leave your credit card info. If you try to contact them, you get responses from bots or they even stop replying. I have screenshots.

Terrible Terrible. I've been trying to set up the Auto Like function but no luck. Their documentation is out of date, including written instructions as well as screenshots, so it doesn't help. They recommend using a private proxy if I reside outside of the location where their servers are, but no documentation as to where their servers are. There's misspellings ("recieve" and your vs. you're) everywhere. Totally agree with other reviews here that this a scam not run by actual people who care about their product.

Don't waste your money Repeatedly logged us out when we'd set up Auto DMs so they wouldn't send. Had to check manually every day they were still switched on. New update Auto DMs weren't working. No help & limited support from the staff. When we did get support, incredibly blunt and slow to come back. Lost multiple potential conversions. Cancelled our subscription this morning.

Instagram will punish you for using Gramto Had to re activate account so many times and reactivate all the auto actions. Scheduled a post which didn't post the caption i had written so had to go in and manually write on instagram once already posted. Contacted Gramto to help me resolve this issue before next scheduled posts - nothing, then happened again. After only 2 posts through gramto Instagram has deleted all posts on account. feel like instagram has punished me for using this program which I paid for!!!!!!!!!
