ESBIG problems with the new version 7 Before the new version 7, I was really happy with Gramto. But with the new version I have experienced A LOT of problems. I have tried troubleshooting with their team during a month, and no result. Abdullah y Salih seems to be bots that put you into an infinite loop of frustration. The customer service is really bad nowdays. So unfortunately I can't recommend this tool anymore.

USThan you Gramto. Gathering loyal followers seemed to be a really time-taking and challenging task. But Gramto made it possible to happen in no time. With real followers, my business now looks more genuine, and I've seen notable growth in the trust of potential customers. My sales rate has improved as well. Thank you Gramto!

AUDon't waste your money! very bad experience If I could give a 0 star to this software I truly would. I subscribed to the basic plan and set the bot to auto follow, auto comment and unfollow. All it did over the past month was to view stories which i had DEACTIVATED. Once in a while it would send a welcome message but always came up with the error couldn't comment, without actually giving me a reason or helping me find a solution. The customer service is also very poor, takes ages to reply and when they do, they promise things they never follow through. All in all, a very bad experience! Don't waste your money!

DKShady company - WARNING!! They would not tell me their company information for my book-keeping. Not even their country of origin... so this tells me they don't have honest intentions. Therefore I deleted my account. I actually thought of blocking my creditcard, since this behaviour got me nervous. But didn't. But seems I should have. 2 Weeks after I bought a service from them my card have been hacked and several suspensions transactions were tried on my card! Luckily my bank acted fast and no transactions came trough! Cannot not know for sure it was Gramto, but 99% sure of it!

GBDon't waste your money Repeatedly logged us out when we'd set up Auto DMs so they wouldn't send. Had to check manually every day they were still switched on. New update Auto DMs weren't working. No help & limited support from the staff. When we did get support, incredibly blunt and slow to come back. Lost multiple potential conversions. Cancelled our subscription this morning.
