The algorithm started unfollowing my followers despite me ticking no. I also got banned from Instagram for 48 hours for breaking following community guidelines, but they offered no compensation for this!

Awful. Avoid. Good when it works, but every month my account was shown as 'expired' even though payments had been taken from my account. Contacting support is slow and often they don't reply at all/for several days. Even when they do sort the issue you lose days of service that you've paid for. No option to cancel and no reply when you contact support requesting cancellation. AVOID!

I would give it ZERO stars if possible I would give it ZERO stars if possible. There is no way to cancel your subscription + your IG account is at a huge risk.
