NOThey keep taking your money after you have cancelled, and they won't stop. It is stealing. Nice pictures are indeed available. But to cancel my subscription eventually, I had to search long to figure out how. Here is how: You take personal contact to them with an email, and then they send you back a link, when (or if) they write you back. Then you get to pay a cancellation fee. And then they keep taking more of your money every month afterwards anyway. It is illegal, and I am currently considering lawsuit. But to everyone else out there, please don't be trapped like some of us have. They are here to take the money and service regarding anything is almost non-existing, and they keep taking your money after cancellation.

GBThe worst example of customer lock in… The worst example of customer lock in I've experienced for a long time. The cancellation process is designed to be confusing and often results in the continuation of a 'plan' you didn't want in the first place. Just give me my damn photos and leave me alone. Can't wait for AI to make this business completely irrelevant

GBShutterstock wins worst customer service award This company does not deserve any stars at all. Different reps give conflicting information, cannot get a supervisor, when asked they simply get aggressive and stop responding. If there were an option for negative stars shutterstock wins the award for the worst customer service. Stay away from this company.

GBSame problem everyone else has been having, its a scam! Ordered 10 images and was placed on a $125/mo recurring subscription. Im disputing the charges and filing complaints with CFPB, FTC and State Attorney General. You should do the same.

TNSometimes they withdraw money from your… Sometimes they withdraw money from your account without your knowledge under the pretext that someone bought a photo with a stolen card. If we assume it is true, why am I not notified of this?
