They keep taking your money after you have cancelled, and they won't stop. It is stealing. Nice pictures are indeed available. But to cancel my subscription eventually, I had to search long to figure out how. Here is how: You take personal contact to them with an email, and then they send you back a link, when (or if) they write you back. Then you get to pay a cancellation fee. And then they keep taking more of your money every month afterwards anyway. It is illegal, and I am currently considering lawsuit. But to everyone else out there, please don't be trapped like some of us have. They are here to take the money and service regarding anything is almost non-existing, and they keep taking your money after cancellation.

Fraudulent company Fraudulent company. I turned off the auto-renew repeatedly on my account and they turned it back on. Charged me for three months before I realised what was happening. Contacted customer service who accuse you of lying.

Good company gone Bad - AVOID Scam company. we used for many years to buy 10 photos when needed. They moved to an annual subscription model cleverly disguised as a Monthly model. We reactived a subscription , discovered 3 months later teh scam and then 'negotiated' £24 to be let out of their little scam in addition to 3 months @£22. £90 for 10 photos that cost about £1-2 each on otehr sites Good company gone bad.

Sometimes they withdraw money from your… Sometimes they withdraw money from your account without your knowledge under the pretext that someone bought a photo with a stolen card. If we assume it is true, why am I not notified of this?
