DEDon't waste your money. I wanted to download an image as a vector graphic and bought a subscription to pay every month 15€, and wanted to cancel it afterward, as it was cheaper than paying 30€ for a single download. After making the purchase, I couldn't download the image as SVG, only as a raster image. Proceeding to cancel my subscription, I saw that there was a cancellation fee of another 45€ since even though I am paying monthly, it was apparently a yearly plan. In total 60€ completely wasted.

BDIts scam company It's a scam company, don't enter your card info there, they will steal your money without informing you, and even if you want to cancel your subscription they will cut cancellation fees also. I lost 960 USD, scammed by this fraud.

Different reps give conflicting information, cannot get a supervisor, when asked they simply get aggressive and stop responding. If there were an option for negative stars shutterstock wins the award for the worst customer service. Stay away from this company.

TNSometimes they withdraw money from your… Sometimes they withdraw money from your account without your knowledge under the pretext that someone bought a photo with a stolen card. If we assume it is true, why am I not notified of this?

The cancellation process is designed to be confusing and often results in the continuation of a 'plan' you didn't want in the first place. Just give me my damn photos and leave me alone.
