It is a scam It is a scam, do not give them your credit card. When you make a free trial account they start charging every month you without notification even if you do not download images. Very disappointing experience, I paid for 5 months without realising it and I had to pay a cancellation fee as well. Stay away!

Don't waste your money. I wanted to download an image as a vector graphic and bought a subscription to pay every month 15€, and wanted to cancel it afterward, as it was cheaper than paying 30€ for a single download. After making the purchase, I couldn't download the image as SVG, only as a raster image. Proceeding to cancel my subscription, I saw that there was a cancellation fee of another 45€ since even though I am paying monthly, it was apparently a yearly plan. In total 60€ completely wasted.

Same problem everyone else has been having, its a scam! Ordered 10 images and was placed on a $125/mo recurring subscription. Im disputing the charges and filing complaints with CFPB, FTC and State Attorney General. You should do the same.

I wish I could put a zero star I wish I could put a zero star. Shutterstock deducted money from my PayPal account despite the fact that my PayPal wasn't saved as a payment method. They were able to make the deduction because I used it previously for a payment.
