Same here Same here. All servers look down. No ticket response in 10 days. I think they are gone for good.

Terrible Supports It has been a month, they didn't reply my support tickets. As i check ed on siteuptime.com: All of their servers are being failed . I am not sure what is going on with them. All of my sites are broken down at the moment and i have no point of contact.

Quick support that responded to my help… Quick support that responded to my help request in exactly 6 minutes even a Saturday night. Fast loading WordPress site even with lots of plugins and a theme fully loaded with graphics, Javascript and CSS. Higher than 99.9% uptime as per Uptimerobot and pingdom.

Worst hosting experience EVER Stay away from this piece of crap! They say server uptime over 99% but the reality is more like 50%. Making updates in WP might even crash whole server - Yay... They even took the tickets away so have fun trying to contact support.
