GBI need help with Creating a shipment &… I need help with Creating a shipment & there's no Customer Service to help me out. I reached out to support at shipmentmakerpro.com 3 Times & no response. I'm attempting to use Shipmentmakerpro as a trial but i can't imagine paying if there's no Customer Service to help me. Is there a Phone Number? Michael

HUThe Data synchronization from Amazon… The Data synchronization from Amazon was not working (waited for more than a day), and although I received a reply relatively quickly on my email from the support ( to send SKU list in a csv or xls to the support team in order to load SKU list ), I could not come back to the team within the 3 days trial period. So I could not try the application as I could not see any SKUs there, and I haven't received any feedback/offer to prolong the trial because of these technical problems.

GBI needed support they took 2 days to… I needed support because my products were not sinking. They took 2 days to get back to me and fix the problem. This means my shipment will be delayed. A chat and phone support would give your clients a more efficient experience.

GBCustomer support is non-existent Customer support is non-existent. No reply to two support tickets. Signed up for free trial, my ASINs never did sync properly. The trial was up after the three days and no update from the sync and no response from CS. Terrible CS.
