MXHorrible Customer Service I'm currently on the free trial and have issues with the tool. I have contacted customer service 3 times without any response. I was going to subscribe to the pro plan but now very hesitant after this poor customer experience.

USBetter than Expected - Above & Beyond Was referred this site by my friend who's been using it for 1+ year. I have only used it once so far, but it did what it was supposed, and assuming my next few shipment can be created as smoothly as my first one, this would deserve 10 stars. 100%

USOnce Amazon let us pick a close… Once Amazon let us pick a close warehouse, it was great that we were able to send there the whole shipment, but we did have problems in getting the warehouse that was good. I never benefited from my 14 day trial because we were not getting the right warehouse. Only a month later when amazon approved us for the right warehouse we used shipment maker pro to send the whole shipment there and we should not have to divide it to different warehouses.

USI need help with Creating a shipment &… I need help with Creating a shipment & there's no Customer Service to help me out. I reached out to support at shipmentmakerpro.com 3 Times & no response. I'm attempting to use Shipmentmakerpro as a trial but i can't imagine paying if there's no Customer Service to help me. Is there a Phone Number? Michael
