GBI needed support they took 2 days to… I needed support because my products were not sinking. They took 2 days to get back to me and fix the problem. This means my shipment will be delayed. A chat and phone support would give your clients a more efficient experience.

MXHorrible Customer Service I'm currently on the free trial and have issues with the tool. I have contacted customer service 3 times without any response. I was going to subscribe to the pro plan but now very hesitant after this poor customer experience.

GBAPI within Amazon has been… API within Amazon has been disconnected. Support said they were working on it. It's been a week and still now word. I followed up for an update and still they have not responded to my email. Very disappointed.

GBI can not get a truckload shipment to… I can not get a truckload shipment to one location. Will this be fixed?
