Better than Expected - Above & Beyond Was referred this site by my friend who's been using it for 1+ year. I have only used it once so far, but it did what it was supposed, and assuming my next few shipment can be created as smoothly as my first one, this would deserve 10 stars. 100%

I needed support they took 2 days to… I needed support because my products were not sinking. They took 2 days to get back to me and fix the problem. This means my shipment will be delayed. A chat and phone support would give your clients a more efficient experience.

Horrible Customer Service I'm currently on the free trial and have issues with the tool. I have contacted customer service 3 times without any response. I was going to subscribe to the pro plan but now very hesitant after this poor customer experience.

API within Amazon has been… API within Amazon has been disconnected. Support said they were working on it. It's been a week and still now word. I followed up for an update and still they have not responded to my email. Very disappointed.
